Oxtail dinner was DELICIOUS! Tender, meaty and flavorful! I LOVE their cabbage as well! I usually ask for more cabbage and less rice. Nothing negative to say about my experiences here. It’s my go to place when I’m on this side of town. Go give them a chance and support your local small business. I’m really unsure of the negative reviews. Just not my personal experiences! I would say the jerk chicken, rice, and beef patties are really good but DO NOT eat here after going to intoxicated chemist! Remember to refrigerate immediately after or it will start to smell extremely foul after just a few hours of sitting out in the open.

I am deeply concerned and disappointed by my recent visit to this restaurant. Both my mother and I were served undercooked, red chicken, clearly raw in the center. When we brought this to the staff’s attention, instead of apologizing or taking responsibility, we were told that they “overcook” their chicken and that it was impossible for it to be raw. That response was not only dismissive but completely unacceptable.
Serving undercooked chicken is a serious health risk, and the lack of accountability made the situation even worse. We left feeling upset, unsafe, and unheard. I strongly urge management to take food safety seriously and to train their staff to handle complaints responsibly. I would not recommend anyone eat here until these issues are properly addressed.

Customer Service is HORRIBLE. I ordered a jerk chicken plate & he gave me jerk wings. Wanted to argue about what he heard me say over the phone when I know what I asked for. I went to open the plate & you would’ve thought this was baked chicken. I went back inside to ask for a refund and he denied it and wanted to argue with me that this was JERK chicken covered with oxtail gravy. Gaslighting a customer and then not wanting to make things right is very unprofessional.
This plate tastes like all of this food has been sitting for days. Nothing taste fresh.
