I have eaten from jalsha a few times and it’s always been good, however my last takeaway left much to be desired.i ordered a naga lamb and it was definitely not lamb ( chef 40 years in head chef role) sauce was ok, naan bread was warm and soggy ordered chips no idea why but they went straight into the bin. It took over an hour to be delivered so i was hoping it was going to be great. Wont be ordering again for a while. Maybe your success is also a bit of an issue atm . Probably a bit too busy to be on the ball 24/7

Food was alright. Really disappointed with the delivery. Requested a delivery time however the driver arrived over an hour early. When I asked for it to be bought back later as we where not yet ready I was told that it would be fine in the bag (plastic bag) for over an hour and that he was here now. I refused several times eventually the driver said he would ring the take away which I had asked him to do several times. He went to ring however never returned to my door. I rang Jalsha who informed me they have this problem with delivery drivers. Whilst the person on the phone was not at fault and said he would have it re delivered I wasnt left feeling in comfort that the food would be fresh and not just re heated. I also can’t see why you would keep these drivers if it’s common for them to be rude.

The curry itself was nice and I do believe if it turned up quicker or I was able to pick it up this review would be alot different but I live close by and had to wait well over a HR for it to be delivered not stone cold but not far off I had to put in the microwave for 1 min 30 seconds but the actual curry wasn’t bad and I did enjoy it so I’m not saying it was terrible but it would of been very good if came quicker and hot

This food was absolutely delicious. Not everywhere does a good Passanda but these folk do, and it was really really good. The price was pretty good as well and the portion sizes were generous. Don’t leave near by unfortunately, but when I am visiting the area next, I will be sure to head back. No eat in option available. Take away only

Poor. Ordered online and waited over an hour for delivery ( ordered at 6pm Monday) though driver did apologise for the delay. Food arrived cold, bland, and unseasoned. They didn’t pay any attention to the notes I entered during ordering asking to leave out certain ingredients, I would’ve phoned to say something but the person who answered the phone when i chased the order wasn’t very polite – so didn’t bother. Portions are fair, good value if the taste was there, sadly it wasn’t.

Never ordered from this place , worst customer service I’ve ever had. Very poor,because of this never eating another Indian meal ever. If that’s how they speak to you, can imagine what they are doing to your food
