Our group had 11 people for dinner to celebrate a birthday. Sadly our server was not capable of handling a large party. Our table was in the bar and there may have been 2 or 3 other tables with two tops, so it was definitely not busy. It took around 20 minutes to get our first round of drinks. Then another 20 to place our food order. You could visibly tell our server needed help, but none of her coworkers nor the manager bothered to help her. It was almost as if they wanted her to fail. One of our friends never ended up getting his meal. We were not able to get a second round of drinks because no one came back to offer. The bartender had zero patrons at his bar top, and couldn’t be bothered to help bring our drinks out to the table for the only round we were able to order. So, the drinks sat there waiting for our waitress to come get them. When our food finally came, someone just brought the trays out and left them sit. We almost started handing our food out ourselves because no one came and the food was getting cold. The managers excuse was that the waitress just started last week and told him she could handle the large party. As a manager I would think you would be present to offer help and check in on your large party tables. But, he could only offer apologies for her slowness. He couldn’t even be bothered to help clear our empty plates while talking to our group. Or, offer to put an order in for more drinks. We were ready to leave and we couldn’t find our server, to ask for our bills. The manager said he couldn’t help us because she had the tablet and that she would be there shortly. Our dinner reservation was at 8:00, so this place was not busy. This waitress was setup to fail by her manager and coworkers who were not willing to step in and help. The food was great, but we will not be back. I do not wish to spend money in a place that would rather let an employee fail than help to enhance the customer experience.

I loved the Chimi Mexicana and the dragon fruit drink was an excellent.
The server if I remember correctly was George. He recommended the flan for dessert, and it was definitely the right choice; it had a very homemade flavor, smooth and delicious.
Excellent service, a pleasant atmosphere, and an experience I would definitely repeat.

Oh my–lanta. The enchiladas Verdes is my new favorite dish! We decided to try this place out because it is close to home and we were not disappointed! Very nice restaurant. Friendly staff. Calming, welcoming atmosphere. And great portions! Must try the enchiladas!! To die for!

Jalapeños Mexican Grill III is a great little place. Their dining room is large and they have a very large bar as well. Their food was hot and fresh. Be sure to ask about their drink specials! Our server was great and very friendly. Would definitely come back.

We ordered Quesabirrias, guacamole and queso for dinner. The only two things I would change is adding an additional tortilla onto the Quesabirrias since the single ones tear very easily. The birria soup did not have any meat in it, and it would have been a bonus to have that.

It has gone downhill. The restaurant here before was much better. The service is never good, they are almost always rude (just look at their replies to some of the reviews), the food is rarely right, food is cold, and they’ve now lowered their portion sizes. On top of all of this, their website online ordering is NOT accurate to what you actually get anymore as they switched their menu in person and they will not honor what you purchase on the online site. (for example- on the online ordering it shows the fajitas come with pico, rice and beans as well as other toppings. It now doesn’t come with pico (or they forgot it), and they only give you beans or rice- not both as advertised. This really needs to be changed on the online menu so you know what you’re ordering. I highly suggest checking out Cactus Grill just up the road as the food there is always a 10/10!

Nice atmosphere and excellent wait staff. The food was served quickly and was of good quality. SOME ingredients seemed like food service quality, which is purely my subjective opinion, and is my only criticism. I will come back: it was that good 🙂

They were very accommodating of our family Sunday dinner for 10. We each tried something different off the menu. There was something for everyone (my daughter-in-law the pescatarian, my son-in-law who doesn’t eat pork for religious reasons, my wife who can’t tolerate spicy foods, my daughter who believes “the hotter the better”, my grandbaby who only eats chicken and the rest of us somewhere in betweeners). Our server recommended the Chipotle Burrito, so that’s what I ordered. And it did NOT disappoint. It had just enough heat to warm the mouth and throat but not enough to burn the tongue. Well played Jalapeños. I regret I have no pics, but I am sure we will be back soon. I will post photos then. Until then, buen provecho!

Had dinner here last night and was very disappointed!! First I come here often to eat and food good. But this particular day I had a bad waiter don’t know if she was having a bad night or what just had no care to wait on us but seemed tentative to her other customers around us!! But still don’t complain. Then when we ask 3x for our check smh she brings it. I reviewed my check and noticed that is was a large party service applied but it’s only 4 people me an 3 other people, so I’m confused because that gratuity is usually for 6 or people. So I ask the waitress what is that for she says let me go check huh now I’m really confused. So I see a worker asking him for the manager and he replies that’s me. So I ask him about the large party charge of 20% on my bill. He replies that’s a charge if customers all together at the table spend more than $60 that’s the system. But I say we’re not a large party of 6 or more people and his response was it didn’t matter!! So basically if you’re a customer and spend more than $60 they’re automatically charging you a 20% gratuity. And I don’t think that’s fare. Sorry I will not return to this establishment, just my own opinion!!
