Found this small little gem. While I was here they had live music and drinks flowing to the guest the staff were quick and polite. I got the mushroom and Swiss burger with chipotle ranch. The burger was well seasoned. My fiance got a spice chicken sandwich the meat was cooked perfectly where it was not dry. The frys were nice and crispy no issues there. I recommend for a small little get away place.

I would have taken pictures of the food but it was so delicious we couldn’t resist eating it. This is elevated pub food. The tri tip, burgers, and panini were awesome. The place is lively and multiple TVs show different sports. The sauces all have a new and interesting twist. Stone ground honey mustard, delicious dill ranch, and creamy fry sauce are all worthy of positive remark. Well worth the dollars.

The drinks were good. Got the March special Rainbow Paradise, it was colorful and perfect. Dinner, the tri tip sandwich was great, the kids loved their BBQ burger and Chicken burger. The French fries were crispy and seasoned well. Overall, this was a great place and will plan to go back again!

Some really good food, but do NOT SIT OUTSIDE!! The dumpter is less than 20 ft from you, good smells.
I didn’t taste the others, but the portions are good and I took pictures to show the quantity.
Drinks are meh
Butterbeer: yes
Appetizers: FAT zucchini spears, with an ok breading, but the sauces were good and I like zucchini.
Tritip sandwich, OH YES
Side chili: more soupy, but good, with a little spice.
Onionring burger: good with an awesome presentation.
Turkey in da club: good size
Sustain.

Most recent trip with a group was February 2026. I really enjoy going here. The burgers and fried appetizers (onion rings, zucchini sticks and pickles) are delicious. They are very accomodating with a group… if no other activities are going on at the nearby Ford Center. I think other review comments on slow service are partially due to the small size of the kitchen and prep area. several items are house made, fresh, cut to order, etc. Prices on the shareables seem high, $14.95 for an order of onion rings. However, you can get a few with your sandwich or burger instead of fries or a side salad for $4 more and its worth it to remember what home made fresh cut rings taste like with a beer batter.
Always fun to take a group to Jak*s, even if it expanded past the original reservation size both times to twenty. Guess it’s just popular, even if all of us don’t rsvp. The team, including Liz this time, are always accommodating. They don’t miss a beat, get the food and drinks out quickly, follow up with fresh coffee, refills, condiments, special requests, etc. Those onion rings! The 1/2 pound burgers, and now a breakfast burrito till 3 pm. What’s not to like?

I had a half a turkey sandwich with fries for $8.99 so not too bad on price. My mom had a chicken salad $14.99 and my daughter had a chicken wrap $14.99. We had one waitress who was also the hostess but she did a pretty good job for the amt of people she had to serve. Cute little restaurant. They have battered fries which are hit or miss for me but my daughter and I liked them. Overall we might be back to hear some live music and try it again.

The food was pretty good. The fried pickles were amazing but watch out, the internal heat from the fryer is hotter than you think. Both my wife and I burned the upper bridge of our mouths.
Service was great. Seemed to be run by family.
Could use some work on the old fashion I ordered. It was drinkable but I wouldn’t order one again there. They may not have had everything they needed but they tried.

Came to watch the BSU game and had a lovely time. It was our first time stopping in and loved the food and the service. We got the finger steaks to start (YUM!), tri-tip salad and the Salmon entree with mashed potatoes and garlic green beans. Everything tasted really fresh and well seasoned. We all loved the dressings and dipping sauces, which tasted house made and delicious ( loved the chipotle ranch, jalapeño Caesar). Our server was attentive and friendly and had great recommendations. Lots of good drinks and beers.
