So this has been a main bar for me for YEARS… So the other day they finally brung back the famous WONTONS… they haven’t had them in over a year in a half if I’m not mistaken…. Man them thangs were BUSSIN!! (Bussin means they were really good) . I had two orders of them, then I got some wings and sweet potato fires like I always get. I got a flavor I never tried and then I got my original flavor… if you a person that like crispy wings, make sure you ask for them crispy, if not you probably won’t like them…. Great place to have some food, drinks, pool and watch sports! The food is typically hot and fresh and hasn’t let me down in any of my trips there. I typically order wings and mozzarella cheese sticks. My only complaint is nearly everytime I’m there, couple of the regular servers act as though you’re troubling them when ordering food or drinks (especially if you expect them to check back on you) versus being inviting and welcoming for betterment of the business they work for. A couple of these servers should be put out to graze at IHOP or Waffle house with their infectious attitude!

My friends and I had a blast playing pool at Jake’s Pub and Billiards! This place is great for groups because they have plenty of pool tables, and it’s clear they are well-maintained.
Beyond pool, they have a lot to keep you entertained, including a pong table and darts, plus plenty of regular seating if you just want to hang out. One of my friends ordered the chicken tenders meal, and it looked delicious—definitely a good spot to grab a bite while you play.
What really stands out is the great environment. Both the staff and the other customers were really nice, which created a super welcoming and fun atmosphere. If you’re looking for a solid spot to hang out with friends, I highly recommend visiting Jake’s!

Placed an order for pick up, for the hot lemon pepper wings and omg they were amazing especially if you love spicy. They were the best wings full of flavor and a nice kick of heat. Definitely recommend if you like spicy food. Will definitely be order from them again. Favorite wing spot in town. All their wing flavors are amazing

Update – bumping it up a star since they gave a reasonable response and refunded the wings without me requesting it.
Jakes is a shadow of what it once was. About mid way through the pandemic, everything tanked. They cut ~half of the wing sauces, specifically all of the spicy ones. They never brought back beer dinners (it was a excellent food/beer pairing prefix dinner ) and only brought back weekly pint nights (free glass when ordering the brewery’s pint) to semi-monthly. There were prolly 3 years I would come weekly for the wings and glass. The food quality now is just bad. My last order (3/15/25) the wings were barely cooked with feathers still on the wings (see pics).
It’s just sad. Jakes used to be the best wing spot in town. And it’s still a blast playing pool here. The staff is still incredible. These failures are definitely not on them. It seems like its the owners.
Thankfully, the last time they had my favorite super hot wing sauce (Francisco), one of the bartenders told me that was their last batch. But he brought out the recipe for me to take a picture of it 🙂
Maybe one day it’ll regain its glory. The community and staff there rock. If it does, I’ll update this review again.

The wings? They were good—nothing mind-blowing, but definitely solid. About a 4 out of 5 in my book. They hit the spot, especially when you’re hanging out with friends and just looking for something tasty. The drinks were also good, no complaints there.

Absolutely loveeee going to Jake’s! If you want to try something new I recommend a Scooby Snack (AS A DRINK). Youll get a nice buzz and then go play some games and mingle with others.

Jake is a pretty good sports bar. They have pool tables and ping pong. The food was pretty solid. Inside and outside seating. Dogs welcome out side. Big selection of draft beer and bottle/can options, too.

Their workers are nice and knowledgeable. Sometimes if it’s busy, you might have to wait outside for about 10 minutes as they I guess stagger people in slowly and check IDs.
