Sinclaire was truly exceptional. Although he’s only been there three years, you’d swear he’s been there 30—his knowledge of the menu is unmatched. He knows it inside and out and was incredibly helpful with recommendations and every detail. Beyond that, he was warm, engaging, and a genuine pleasure to spend time with.
I was visiting on vacation from New York, and meeting Sinclaire honestly completed the experience and made my vacation exceptionally good. He took incredible care of us, and we truly enjoyed his company. He needs to be cloned. Experiences like this are why people remember a place long after the trip is over.

im sorry if spell the server name wrong but saint clare was absolutely amazing. i love his energy, he was so kind and made sure everything was good. he also made an exception to give me the mini pazookie which was very kind and i appreciate it so much. this location is so much than the other one i usually go to. this man deserves a raise for such great service and energy. (food was amazing too, i got the chicken alfredo)

1st time visiting and liked it. Sat us down quickly , got our drinks quickly. Yet our food took quite long to be served. Once we got our food it was not hot , warm. Portion was just right.

Had a wonderful experience at BJ’s! We were immediately greeted and sat.
Our server, Jessica was amazing! She was incredibly attentive and welcoming. She brought us water and took our appetizer order very quickly.
The food was fresh and good!

We ordered the caramel pizzookie with ice cream. I’m don’t have much of a sweet tooth so this was perfect for sharing with my little daughter. They have a bigger size , I ordered the mini one. Rachel, our server, was great !

To whoever was working the kitchen that evening: I hope you remember this order, because there is no way this was an accident.
I ordered the steak salad, and if I had to imagine what rotten roadkill tastes like, this would be it. That “steak” was not steak. It had the texture of a dissolved tablet that’s been sitting on the tip of your tongue for five minutes before you finally swallow it. It looked boiled, reheated, and emotionally neglected, gray on the outside, disturbingly pink in the middle, leaking juices like it was actively surrendering. The fat wasn’t rendered, seasoned, or cooked properly; it was just… there, clinging on like it didn’t know what it was supposed to be. I didn’t even know it was physically possible to ruin steak at this level, yet here we are.
And then there’s the “salad.” Calling this a salad is straight-up false advertising. You didn’t chop it. You didn’t mix it. You didn’t even pretend. You dropped two massive, unchewed iceberg lettuce boulders into a plastic container core and all, like a lettuce autopsy. This isn’t a salad; it’s raw produce evidence. The onions and tomatoes look like they were sprinkled on by accident, as if someone walked past the container holding them and tripped.
The tiny container of bland, mediocre dressing couldn’t even coat one of those massive lettuce slabs, which honestly feels intentional at this point. You didn’t give up halfway through, you never started.
I ordered late at night through Uber Eats hoping for a healthy, balanced meal. Instead, I received what a cat would proudly drag to your door after hunting in the woods for two days. This looks less like dinner and more like something shown during a food safety training video. I’ve seen gas station salads with more effort, structure, and self-respect than this.
If you wouldn’t eat this yourself, why would you send it to someone else? This wasn’t dinner, it was a death row meal where the food itself was the execution.
I’ve attached a photo so no one thinks I’m exaggerating. Unfortunately, the picture is actually kinder than the experience.

I’ve been coming to BJ’s on Osceola Parkway for many years, and it has truly become my favorite place—so much so that I often call it my “office.” It’s where I go as often as I can and where I bring my friends, family, and business partners because I’ve always felt genuinely welcomed.
I usually sit in the same spot and always hope that Ashley and/or Yesenia are the ones taking care of us. They are both absolutely fantastic—extremely sweet, friendly, attentive, and caring. Ashley is consistently amazing, professional, and warm, and Yesenia has always been just as wonderful, going above and beyond to make us feel remembered and valued.
Over the last couple of weeks, I noticed Yesenia wasn’t there and assumed she might be on vacation. While Ashley continues to provide outstanding service, it simply wasn’t the same without Yesenia. I was very surprised and sad to learn that she is no longer working there. It’s truly a shame to lose someone so great, she knew my preferences and even the preferences of my regular group of friends, which made every visit feel personal.
I truly hope management recognizes the value of team members like Ashley and Yesenia, as they are a big reason why I have been a loyal customer for so many years. I would absolutely love to see Yesenia back.

had an amazing experience at BJ’s thanks to the great service from both the manager and our server, Jessica. I accidentally ordered a dish that came with shrimp, but due to my allergy, I had to return it. The manager was incredibly understanding and immediately replaced my meal without hesitation, even swapping in extra chicken for me. On top of that, he generously provided a complimentary broccoli cheddar soup while I waited, which was super good.
Jessica, our server, was also fantastic—super kind, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The level of customer service here was top-notch, and I truly appreciate how accommodating and thoughtful the staff was. I’ll definitely be coming back
