In town 2 days.. and this experience takes the cake for the worst. The food was not prepared good, the waitress was lost in her own world (to the point that context clues should have clued her in) – we finished, then sat for 10 mins and no waitress. 9 tables around us were left dirty – wife had the waitress paged only for the waitress to make a snarky comment and scamper off.

This was my first time at this location. Let me start by saying our server was so awesome.. He was so friendly and funny!! I wish i could remember his name but i am the worst when it comes to that. I even returned with my family of ten in hopes to have him as a server again but unfortunately we were turned away. The front hostess said they were under staffed and could not take us. Overall from my original visit it was a good experience.

The restaurant was not crowded but our waitress had several tables. We had to ask for refills several times, one drink was unsweetened iced tea so she ended up waiting 10 more minutes for the waitress to bring out sweet & low. We ordered the broccoli & cheese soup which came out barely warm. We ordered the vegetarian pizza minus the tomato’s and light sauce! We received a slightly overdone pizza with regular sauce, & tomato’s. We usually have no issues with this restaurant but after today we may not be back for a while….

Went to celebrate our 7 year anniversary last night and while the food seemed great a few hours late my wife was throwing up, had diarrhea, and had to miss work with stomach pain. Not sure if it was the clam chowder or steak. Mind you she asked for medium and got a well done steak but didn’t want to say anything to cause trouble. 1st time there and last time there.

I went on Father’s Day with my husband and family. I was greeted with a server named Amber. She was very pleasant, sweet and very down to earth. She knew the right ways to talk to my kids for them to understand what they were going to order and also helped me and my husband pick some thing on the menu that we would enjoy because I had informed her that that was our first time there. The food was great but the service was even more better. I’m happy you have somebody on your team like her. Please let her know that people do appreciate her kindness and her excellent customer service skills. Just know that because of her I will be back.
