Our first time here. We used the drive through. The lady helping us was super friendly and helpful. She also wore a mask.
We had a #1 and a #5. We will be back and will bring family and friends there to eat once we can have visitors.
The burgers were great!
The home made buns were super moist and fresh!!
The hand dipped onion rings were the bomb.

The cheese steak sandwich was amazing. The bread was fresh and toasted, so it had the perfect amount of crispiness to it. The meat was tender and the onion rings were cooked to perfection.
I don’t know why I’m just now learning about Jake’s Cafe, but I’m going to tell all my friends to try it out.
I travel for work a lot, so I’m eating out regularly, and I can easily say Jake’s service and food is great. I’m glad Jake’s is in my home town.

My overall experience at this diner was just okay. I ordered the breakfast chicken fried steak (I really should know better) on the waitresses recommendation. Absolutely nothing special about it. They were very busy when I got there; and one of the waitresses kindly let me know there would be a delay in getting my food out. The diner was clean. The bathroom unfortunately smelled like an open sewer. It was a little over priced for what I got.

This is not one of those fad designer burgers, this is the great old fashioned Diner burger! Jake’s make their own buns, hand dip their onion rings, fries are delicious. You can even get up to 4 patties on your burger! They also serve breakfast all day.

We stopped by Jake’s yesterday for breakfast and enjoyed a hearty meal of bacon, eggs, sausage and pancakes. Jake’s is new so we are looking forward to returning for lunch and dinner. We heard they are packed for lunch because Jake is famous for his hamburgers.

Fresh bread and home made bbq sauce all on top of the most delicious burger in town!
Definitely the most tasty burger I’ve had in a while. The burger was not soggy and was complimented but not hidden by the topping.
The decor inside was absolutely adorable and the service was kind, attentive and not over bearing. This is my third time back and I don’t see me stopping anytime soon.

Probably the best hamburger I’ve ever had! The fried mushrooms were amazing, the baked beans are an absolute must have and check out the size of the chicken fried steak! All was top notch! Will most definitely be going back!

I got the Jake’s Burger which was good even though the patty was a little thin. The onion rings were also very good: i liked the batter. I like the savory rather than sweet onion rings that so many places have now. Jake’s Onion Rings were savory. The guy that waited on me did a great job.

I usually don’t say this, but this burger was AMAZING! It’s everything I wanted it to be. Soft fluffy but toasted buns, some chopped green Chile thrown in, crisp crunchy lettuce, juicy tomatoes, a hand made patty, melting cheese and some good onion rings on the side.
*Ahem* ok now that that’s out of the way, the inside is nice, small diner kind of feel. Oldies playing in the background with some photos of past celebrities and autos, even some arcade games. Seats were ok, could use some fixing up, the waitress was amazing and very friendly (even though I have my strange moments) and the menu was decently sized. Overall, it’s definitely worth checking out!
P.S: $1 Taco Tuesdays are the best.
