We went to Jaipur India Cuisine in Cochrane for supper tonight, and from the moment we walked through the door, we knew we were in for something special.
The service was absolutely outstanding. Our server was wonderful, kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, and truly made the evening even more memorable. You can tell when someone cares deeply about the experience they’re creating, and that care was felt throughout the entire meal.
We started with the samosas, then ordered the butter chicken with coconut rice and garlic naan. Without exaggeration, this was the best butter chicken we have ever had. It was rich, perfectly balanced, and incredibly flavourful. The naan was fresh, warm, and hands down the best we have tasted anywhere.
When we left with leftovers, our server carefully packed everything up and even shared a pro tip. Tomorrow, pan fry the naan to reheat it and do not microwave it, because it deserves to be enjoyed at its best. That small detail says everything about the pride and passion behind this place.
We cannot wait to go back and will highly recommend Jaipur India Cuisine to everyone. A truly beautiful dining experience from start to finish. Cheers!

This is by far the best Indian restaurant in town. From the moment you walk in, the staff make you feel right at home with their friendly and attentive service.
The food is absolutely delicious. The veg biryani was one of the best I have ever had, full of flavor and perfectly spiced. The aloo gobi was just as good, cooked perfectly with the right balance of spices. And the masala chai was the perfect finish, warm and comforting.

The food here was awesome! The curry was rich and flavourful. I had the lamb korma and the lamb was nice and tender. It was worth the price for sure. The staff were really nice too and were good about checking in on us.

Absolutely amazing service and food! We love their food and how delicious it is. Our favourite is their paneer it’s always so soft and fresh and the taste is amazing and their daal is so flavourful. As a vegetarian it’s the best food I found in town. They always deliver fresh and warm tandoori roti and I can confidently say they are the best Indian restaurant in town! Highly recommend

Jaipur Indian Cuisine is officially my new favorite spot. The flavors are incredibly authentic and every dish we ordered was fresh and delicious. The service was fast and friendly, and the atmosphere was perfect. Highly recommend the Kadhai Paneef and Garlic Naan! Can’t wait to come back.
