This was the first time I had been to the restaurant my sister and brother in law took me for a birthday treat on the 15/2/2026 knowing that I love Indian food but don’t have a nice takeaway or restaurant near me and this is the one that they use close to them at Denton Newcastle I was absolutely overwhelmed with the staff friendliness and kindness and the food was outstanding best Indian food I have ever had and will definitely recommend it to everyone even if it’s a half an hour or just overs drive from where I live in a car I would rather travel to their even if it’s just for a takeaway I got the meat thali and honestly it’s

The customer service was brilliant. The manners on the phone was polite and friendly, and the young lady who delivered the food was lovely and even came all the way up to my door to drop it off, which I really appreciated.
The food quality is amazing and, most importantly, very reasonable and not overpriced at all. Some takeaways charge ridiculous prices for a 5-course banquet, but theirs is only £13.95 you honestly can’t get cheaper than that anywhere. I found them on TikTok and decided to try them for the first time, and I’m so glad I did. I’ll definitely be a regular customer from now on. Highly recommend!

This was my first time eating at this Indian restaurant on the West End of Newcastle, and I was genuinely impressed. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with a relaxed vibe that made the whole experience enjoyable.
The food was absolutely incredible, full of flavour, beautifully presented, and clearly made with care. Every dish we ordered was delicious, and it’s clear the kitchen takes real pride in what they serve. The service was just as impressive: friendly, attentive, and efficient without being overbearing.
Altogether, the combination of food, service, and atmosphere made for a fantastic evening. I’ll definitely be returning soon and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for authentic Indian cuisine in Newcastle.

Sir Flatulence
Jaipur is a smaller restaurant than some, however this is ideal if you want a more intimate and personal touch. It is also bring your own alcohol if you choose with no fee.
The staff were very attentive and we were immediately greeted politely at the door, then shown to our window seats and given ample time to make a choice from their extensive menu (with plenty of choices), rather that being rushed into ordering something like many other restaurants tend to do, since one of the group was running late.
All four of us agreed that our curry’s were fantastically flavourful, as was the rice which was light and fluffy, and the naan breads were delicious and freshly made.
The portions are large and very flavourful, I decided on a chefs special – the lamb naga which was arguably one of, if not the best, I’ve had anywhere. It was very rich and complex with layers of flavour, heat and spice, yet not overpowering with heat (which can often be the case with a Naga.
This is testament to the skill of the chef.
The waiting staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was of excellent quality, fresh and served quickly and hot. And the price was very good value. We would definitely return. Thank you guys for a lovely evening.

This has became a staple takeaway in our home. We always order the mangsho Pesta ke Shadi & chicken naga korai. The food is sublime- hits the spot every time. Super flavourful & Meat is so tender and to die for. Never had a chewy piece yet. And to top it off all the staff that work there are the most polite, kind amazing people. Always holding the door for me, they’ve even offered to walk me to the car when it’s been late & dark. Jaipur is a must try – forever holds a place in our hearts. Will definitely be planning to dine in soon!

I can only describe my meal as disgusting.
Such a shame as I have ordered and enjoyed meals from this establishment in the past.
But this evenings delivery was way below standards and completely inedible, only to be dealt with by unprofessional and impolite staff when I stressed my concern.
All food was a combination of greasy, totally bland and stone cold.
See from my pictures the amount of uneaten wasted food, that cost a total of £35 plus £2.50 delivery charge which was not delivered to my door but outside my block. I was not offered a full refund nor even part of it to be. Instead they offered to re-cook the entire meal but was absolutely not on the cards. We waited over an hour already for this food and was not prepared to wait another hour at 8pm to try again.
The food should have been prepared and cooked to the high standard of the price they charge first time everytime, otherwise I question the restaurants hygiene standards. Totally unimpressed, hungry and also out £35!

Visiting family between Christmas & New Year and first time at restaurant. Visited based on daughter’s recommendation and certainly did not disappoint. We ordered the Thali dish which was a mixture of curries with rice and naans. Was absolutely delicious and gave you a taste of various dishes without having to order full size portions. We also asked for garlic, keema, cheese & coriander naan which they made and was fabulous. We shared a chicken chat starter and fish tikka and then tried the chocolate chicken massala & murgh tikka badami which I would highly recommend. Plenty of food for the 4 of us. Bring your own drinks which was an added bonus. I will definitely visit again and coming from Manchester it definitely gives the curry mile a run for their money….. fabulous evening and all the staff were highly attentive, welcoming and very chatty. Thank you.

Ordered a takeaway to collect, the food tasted delicious but was slightly on the cold side! There was something missing from the order but when we rang up they were very quick to deliver the missing item! I’ve been here a few times and despite the couple of issues I had this time, I will still be going back!

Lovely restaurant, small but delightful. Food was delicious and portion sizes very generous. You can take your own alcohol so it helps keep the cost down. Nice atmosphere and very friendly polite staff. We tried the Thali tray, it was really tasty, and meant you can try things without having them for a whole meal. I’ll definitely be going back to sample the rest of the menu.
