First time coming here and it was AMAZING! Some of the best pork I have everrr had. Super soft and juicy. The owner is so kind and truly cares about his customers. You feel like family here. He was so patient with us and gave us marinade to try before ordering. Will 100 percent be in our places of rotation. You can’t beat the price either portions are huge!

My wife and I got dinner here while visiting Tampa. The food was delicious! We had oxtail, marinade, and, my wife’s favorite, fresh soursop juice. This was the second Caribbean restaurant we visited while in Tampa, and Jahiti was by far superior, in both food and service. Thanks for a great dinner!

First let me just say the hospitality of this restaurant was perfect! I explained this was our first time there and my husband’s first time having Caribbean food. Nadine was so warm and welcoming and patient with all our questions. Nadine explained the dishes with such compassion and provided a few tastings. The food was delicious! I was impressed with the fresh ingredients and the flavor of the dishes. We ordered Oxtails, Haitian fried Chicken, Lugeme and beef patty. We also tried the Hatian Marinade! Omgee!!! It was all cooked to perfection. The oxtail falls off the bone and is seasoned very well. The fried chicken is served with onions and peppers and was very good, we got it with rice and peas and plantains (the plantains are cooked like tostones) all of it was very good. I loved the Legume, it’s sorta like a beef stew but has very distinct flavors that were great. It has chayote in the stew and it’s my favorite! The beef falls apart and is so moist. The beef patties were amazingly and has a little kick to it. Jahiti’s is a hidden gem in Seffner. I would highly suggest giving them some love. I can’t wait to try more!

This place was amazing !! This has to be the best Caribbean food I’ve had in a long time . I had the oxtail with the djon djon rice . Omg the oxtail Caribbean sauce was so tasty . The entire plate was flavorful . The pikliz is flavorful with just the right amount of spice. The service was amazing as well ! Nadine greeted us warmly , and even treated us to a delightful marinade. Definitely will be back

This food was 10/10. Well seasoned , and fresh food. There’s not many spots like this and I’m glad I tried this place. New fave spot. I ordered the stew chicken and the chicken was perfect , sliding off the bone! Plantains were also delicious & the rice as well. No complaints. Everything was so good.

Food was delicious. You really get your money’s worth. Had the Jerk Chicken which was phenomenal! Ton of rice with beans, with a fried plantain and side of sauce and some pikliz. Had a taste of the beef patty which was really good too. Everything was nicely seasoned with plenty of flavor.
