Burnt rice, only 4 shrimp in a shrimp bowl which was served in a hamburger container instead of bowl. Sauce was like pure water no flavor at all and very liquifdy. Chicken was fry no sauce e cooked on it at all plain. I soent$25 for nothing. I could have done better myself. Very disappointed since they are usually good. Poor service waited 30 minutes for food to cook. I see why they burnt it.

NEVER eating here again. i ordered through door dash, they didn’t tag my order so i got someone else’s food. when i called to explain my problem the woman who answered the phone was completely rude and unprofessional. my fiancé proceeded to go to the restaurant to pick up our food and they have 10+ people there waiting for the correct orders. one girl is now calling police because they will not give her her money back, took her uncooked steak from over an hour ago and just threw it back on the grill in stead of making her a fresh order. i’m shocked and disgusted with how this place has ran into the ground. used to be good.

I stopped in yesterday for a quick lunch before work so I arrived shortly after they opened. The place was a mess, dirt all over the floors and rice sticking to the table. As I was their first customer that day it was obvious they had just started cleaning from the day before. After waiting a half-hour for my order, mind you this is a ‘fast-food’ establishment, I asked for a refund. I was denied, and the cashier continued to argue and mock me until I was fed up and left. Bottom line, terrible customer service. I had eaten there for the last four years with little to no problem, but after yesterday I will NEVER return.

This place is disgusting. The bathroom is filthy, there’s dried blood around the trash can. The drink dispenser has spilled and dried soda all around it. And needs to be cleaned. The floors and baseboards are black from not being cleaned. And to top it all off, the staff is not very friendly. Oh and while I am writing this, i am being served my food (the lunch special) and i have 75% rice and hardly any veggies, chicken or steak… when I used to attend college across the street when they first opened it was so much better and more clean…..now it’s just trashy and the food is so-so…. Owner, please clean this place up. I’m sure there would be more business than you currently have..no one is in here and its 5 minutes till 12. (2/12/19)

If I could give them 0 stars I would . I waited 2 hours for my food , when on the phone they told me 30 min. I get there and had to wait another hour and 30 min . The lady at the front I believe her dad works in the kitchen cause I heard her call him dad . She was High as a Kite couldn’t even say a proper sentence let alone remember a order . She had to be high off of something other than marijuana cause she was fighting hard to stay awake . The food has burnt grill flakes all over it like the grill they cook on doesn’t get cleaned properly. And they give you like 5 pieces of shrimp and steak when you order. Definitely not enough food for the price your paying for .

Horrible service and just as bad food. I ordered a steak bowl and it came out as about 6 tiny pieces of steak sitting on a giant heap of rice and for $13 there should be far more steak included. The steak was extremely undercooked and raw, and the workers refused to do anything about it when i asked. The people working the register are always so rude and snotty. The entire restaurant is absolutely filthy and i have no idea how that place can pass a health inspection. Not to mention the bathroom smells like a dirty fish tank. Id give it zero stars if i could and i will not be returning there to eat. Very poor establishment, just spend the couple extra dollars and go to SOHO it is WELL worth it.

I ordered food at about 7:30-7:40 and my food still isn’t here and it’s 8:36! What kind of business is that? Then I call and they say they had a lot of orders at one time and I asked her why they couldn’t have let me know that and she says because they are short staffed and couldn’t call many people! That is absolutely the worst excuse I’ve ever heard! NEVER order from these people because they are terrible at customer service! All I know is, the food better be top flight when I get it or these people will hear from me again!

Paid $20 for a steak and scallop entree. Didn’t even get a decent amount of meat. Was only one other guest in the store and they didn’t even start cooking my food until almost 10 minutes after I ordered it. I asked for ginger sauce and the lady took 3 white sauce out of my bag to give me one ginger so she doesn’t “have to charge me”. No sense of urgency and way overpriced. Really dissapointed. Never going back.

I ordered the Jade special and let’s just say there was nothing special about it. A platter full of dry rice and barely any meat. It states it comes with vegetables but all I had was 4 pieces of zucchini. What happen to the onions? Very disappointed when I got home. Steak and chicken were very dry. Won’t be eating here again.

Horrible customer service, I ordered delivery and it took over an hour to arrive.When I called to ask for an e.t.a they basically shrugged their shoulders. My roommate received under cooked chicken wings and drove back to show them. They threw the chicken away and refused to give her money back. Which blew my mind. Both of us work in the food industry and could never imagine being so rude and unhelpful to our customers. We both will never return
