The ice cream treat I had was as expected there was a group before me, but they had everyone’s order out very quickly. I would definitely visit again, there’s a drive-through as well. There is a gas station attached, so you can grab snacks and fuel. There’s a small outdoor seating area.

Absolute trash customer service. The girl acted like she didn’t want to take our order, after standing there the whole time, and had the even more unpleasant man that was working take our order. Had to repeat my order of 2 chili dogs, a regular hotdog and and blizzard for my daughter. They still got it wrong. Never got the blizzard and come to find out he never rang it up. Absolute garbage excuse for a Dairy Queen.

I ordered an ice cream today and I had a gift card from my birthday. When we went to pay they said “ sorry we do not accept gift cards right now.” I was like it’s the same thing as a credit card, and they took our card and paid for that instead of the gift card. Also they did not tip it upside down so I should have got it for free. Terrible just terrible

This Location is horrible. Teens who don’t seem to care about the business. There were three people that I could see through the front window sitting at the tables apparently not doing anything. When I ordered a cake and ask to put names on it. They told me there was nobody there that could do that. Then I went up to window to purchase cake and handed the girl at $50. Bill and she came back and rudely told me they could not accept my money. When I asked for a name or a number to call to complain about that I was told very rudely that I could just leave. I should have read all the other reviews complaining about this location before I stopped. I drove to the one in braidwood a couple of miles away and had a very nice experience with them. I won’t be going back to this one ever again.

Service is horrible. Teens with bad attitudes, can’t make a blizzard the right way even when you come back twice to have them make it correctly. Came back a 3rd time and the girl got an attitude ith me for her mistake.

Bought two chicken bite meals. Hardly any chicken and seemed like it was just microwaved. Side was chips with the meal and not fries. Overpriced. Should have just eaten food from the gas station. Avoid if at all possible.
