Jade China restaurant features authentic and very generous Chinese cuisine at affordable prices that is the best in the Berryessa area of San Jose. We have an extensive menu to accomodate a wide variety of customer’s tastes. At Jade China we use traditional cooking techniques brought over from Old China and perfected over generations.

We ordered at the restaurant and it was pretty quick. The portions were really big for the price! The house chowmein was bland and was missing meats. The “pork” looked like sliced ham and wasn’t appetizing. The other items were delicious.

Just moved near this place and I’m so happy I did. First off it’s hard to find really good Chinese Food now days and yet this place is a gem, great food, great portions, and great prices! I don’t like fish but my wife ordered the salt and pepper fish and I was hooked.

The food is good. The ordering system was off. Called in twice and had to wait for more than 15 minutes then was disconnected. Was told to order through their online ordering system, but each meal is almost $2 more. On top of that, you had to wait for more than 20 minutes to get the confirmation from the restaurant that they receive your order. Then wait for 50 mins for your food! However, when you placed the online order, you were told it took about 15-25 mins, which is one hour difference. If you go in to order, you are only expected to wait for 45 mins and you pay less! They should be more transparent.

Price is great. Portions are big. Food is tasty. Mostly got takeout and usually fairly fast service. Would recommend for quick affordable Chinese takeout food . I like their sesame beef!

Our go-to take out spot. The wait can be long at times, even when you’ve ordered ahead. But the quality is consistent. Jade China always hits the spot.
