I wish I knew the KBBQ was during the weekdays only. They redeemed themselves tho because they had kbbq that is cooked for you. Portions were great and the meat was cooked perfectly with a good char.
I was not a fan of the drinks, my marg was so big and sweet with barely any alcohol. I couldn’t finish it.
Overall good service but it was slow during the weekend. Our waitress was nice.

Rich was a great host at Hook and Reel and this was definitely a dining experience. The atmosphere was festive, the menu was simple yet diverse, and the food was delicious; You gotta try the cajun wings too! The prices are also very reasonable. Highly recommended!

The food is great, particularly the snow crab is fresh and juicy! We had the OG Cajun sauce and garlic butter sauce, which my son especially enjoyed! Dave provided us with the best service we could have asked for. If you are in the area definitely check this out.

Our server Christian tonight was very attentive and moved fast getting our orders in. The seafood boil definitely hit and the option for Korean barbecue was all right, but it’s definitely better when it’s cooked in front of you. Overall, we had a wonderful time especially being around family!

Grace was an amazing waiter! She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure everything at our table was perfect the entire time. She checked in at just the right moments, had a great attitude, and made the whole experience at Hook n Reel even better. You can tell she genuinely cares about providing great service. Definitely one of the best dining experiences we’ve had thanks to her. Highly recommend asking for Grace if you go!

Rich was super friendly and made our family date night memorable! He answered all my questions and made very good suggestions for my boil. He was extremely polite and made sure to check on us often. He had a few tables but his flow was great and wasn’t overbearing as a server. Last time I came to H&R was during COVID but definitely a completely different vibe and atmosphere all around. Give that man a raise! He the BOMB.COM!!!

Tonight we stopped in for a quick birthday today and we were lucky to be served by Grace. Grace was such an amazing host. She presented us with the most economical options and went above and beyond to celebrate my husband when she heard that today was his birthday. She was accommodating and checked in on us throughout our stay. We always look for Grace when we visit. We love the changes they’ve made and will continue to patronize them simply because of their exceptional service!

Ordered takeout. It’s very fast but the seafood is not very fresh, especially the clams. A lot of them are closed. You can tell they are frozen instead of fresh and not good quality. Won’t come back.
