My husband, baby & I visited on a Friday evening. We were greeted immediately. We ordered food to go but decided on staying to eat! The atmosphere was nice and our baby was sleeping so why not eat while our hands were free !
The owner named Mr Kevin saw us trying to eat with our to go tubberware and offered to take our food and put it in a big bowl and heat it up even more, he was so kind! 4 different people asked us how our meal was and assisted in making our stay more comfortable. Service was excellent!!!! And the food was well flavorful and fresh!! I got the M2 try that and visit peninsula Baptist Church in Hampton for church this Sunday !

Jade Bowl offers some of the most generous portion sizes for Vietnamese soups in the area. We ordered two large bowls (bun bo hue is only available in large) and found them very filling, with plenty of fresh vegetable toppings. While both dishes were satisfying, we recommend the pho over the bun bo hue. The pho delivered a more genuine flavor, whereas the bun bo hue was surprisingly sweet rather than spicy. With great portions, fair pricing, and friendly service, Jade Bowl is well worth a visit. The military discount is also a thoughtful and kind show of support.

The food was delicious and flavorful. My husband and I started off with the papaya salad appetizer, which was not too spicy. They added some shrimp chips and that gave a good balance with the papaya salad appetizer. My husband ordered the vermicelli bowl with bbq beef, chicken and shrimp. The flavor of the bbq was on point. I had the Bun Bo Hue and it had a good spice. They do give a large portion, the Bun Bo Hue had lots of meat, which is a plus . I loved the interior, very unique. We do recommend this restaurant and can’t wait to go back and try the Pho.

I was recommended this place by a coworker and it did not disappoint. I decided to try a bahn mi sandwich and small bowl of pho. I went less traditional and got the barbecued pork bahn mi which was bursting with flavor. The bread was fresh but not what I’m used to for this type of sandwich. Overall still a great sammie. The flank steak pho had a flavorful broth with fresh side ingredients to enhance the flavor even more. The items were also well priced, it had a nice atmosphere, and the staff were exceptional. I’ve been to Vietnam and had the authentic cuisine and this comes pretty close.

We’ve already been twice and can’t wait to go back — this place is an absolute gem for vegetarians. The menu has tons of vegetarian options and everything we’ve tried has been fantastic. The vegetarian pho is deeply flavorful and comforting, and the tofu banh mi has great texture and seasoning.
Bubble tea lovers, take note! I’m usually picky and really can’t stand overly sweet drinks, but the boba here is perfect — just sweet enough without being syrupy. They also offer it with regular iced tea instead of milk, which is my preference, and it was spot-on.
The space itself is beautiful. There’s a hand-painted mural and thoughtful lighting that make the ambience warm and relaxing. You can tell they put care into designing the space, not just the food.
The service is warm and genuinely kind, and the staff has been wonderful every time we’ve visited. And as a nice bonus, they offer a military discount!

This is a different kind of pho shop. The menu had some traditional Vietnamese dishes. We had the fresh spring rolls, charsu bahnmi, wonton egg noodle charsu soup and the crispy rice bowl. Everything was flavorful and delicious. We highly recommend this place.
