I’m usually hesitant to recommend teppanyaki-style restaurants because the quality can be so inconsistent, but Jade completely exceeded my expectations. For the price, the food was outstanding and the proteins were perfectly cooked and seasoned, and they even nailed the fried rice.
Our chef prepared everything to absolute perfection right in front of us, and our server David was fantastic…attentive, friendly, and made us feel completely at ease throughout the meal.
This place is a hidden gem in Vegas. I won’t hesitate to send friends and family visiting from out of town here.
We came here for happy hour and tried just about everything on the happy hour food menu. There were two different plates that were brought out with two different types of hair in the food. One about 4 in long and the other one a long 10-in piece of hair.
Granted that most of the happy hour items are deep-fried items, the batter is very thick and very soaked in Grease. We didn’t finish many of the items. The California roll seemed to be only imitation crab and avocado. The poke was pretty dry, tough tuna, and very, very fishy.
We ended up not eating 80% of it and i never waste!
We ended up eating outside because the weather was perfect. The restaurant staff were amazing; from the hostess who sat us, all the way to our server. Our server, Frances, did such an outstanding job…she was friendly, efficient/accurate, and very attentive. In fact, as I was sitting there, I noticed that all the employees were moving so fast and were very professional to every customer – highly impressed with their operations here.
We ended up ordering the Potstickers, Lettuce Wrap, Orange Chicken, and Mongolian Beef. We were fortunate that our server informed us of their “Happy Hour” because we arrived ~1 minute before it was going to end. I’ve experienced it before where a server wouldn’t allow anyone to order anything off the Happy Hour menu within 3-5 minutes of the end time, so thank you for that. The food itself was amazing! The lettuce wrap was so flavorful and the texture was incredible. The Orange Chicken and Mongolian Beef were excellent; I was shocked how tender the beef was because sometimes the beef quality is a gamble at Chinese restaurants. I was especially surprised on the potstickers because it wasn’t prepared like a traditional Chinese-style potsticker; it was more Japanese style…which is understandable since the menu contained some Japanese-inspired items. Regardless, I could’ve probably sat there and eaten those all night.
Overall, this restaurant was outstanding! Between the price-to-quantity/quality ratio, customer service, cleanliness, and the ambiance, this restaurant is a must try for those that have never been here. If you have been here before, then you need to make a reservation at the soonest and head back for another wonderful experience. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.

Highly recommend! Enjoy!
The traditional dishes are spot on like the Peking Duck, Beef Chow Fun and Pot stickers. The truffle fried rice is also great. They also have Japanese style food here so it’s a good fashion of flavors that you may not get at any other Asian restaurant.
The staff is always great and I plan on returning to this restaurant whenever I’m in the mood for Chinese.
