We have been to Jacs 4 or 5 times. We went in for Dinner. It was just before 6pm tonight. We were seated promptly, but after 10 minutes, no server had showed up to our table. I got up and went to the hostess station. No one was there. I walked around the bar. No one seemed available to help. I walked back tobthe dining area and found the hostess and asked if we had a server. She went to get our server. After another couple minutes we got up and left, we were truly disappointed. It wasnt that busy. We left and went to The Hangar and had excellent service, and the food was really good.

I’ve been here a little more than a handful of times. Twice, I had good food and the others were subpar. It has LOTS of space, a great sports bar atmoshphere but food and drinks are VERY hit or miss, at least in my experience. Had 2 espresso martinis in one night and they both tasted different. A friend ordered a drink and then her 2nd and 3rd drink tasted completely different than her 1st. I ordered an extra dirty martini and it came to the table 2/3 full and it was mostly olive juice and no Tito’s. My nachos were 18 dollars and they had chicken, cheese, onions and tomatoes on them – that’s it. My friend ordered one kind of nachos but received a different kind. The last time I was there I had the Brussels sprouts. One time they were good, the next, they were so hard I could barely eat them. I don’t like “wasting money” on things that aren’t worth it. So unless someone drags me back, I won’t go on my own. I’ve also been to the one on Westnedge and have had similar experiences. Most of the time I go there it’s because we are having a gathering of 8-10 people for a co-worker leaving… and we’ve had several over the past two years.

The pizza is really thin crusted but good. It could use a little more sauce.
The bone in wings were good also but you have to order fries separately.
The lasagna was not great. It was just ok and I wouldn’t order it again.

Hawaiian pizza was 10 out of 10 !! The bbq and red onion was a great mixture with it!! If I ever come back to this town I’m definitely going to try the jacs cekolas special!! Recommended!! ( sorry no pic, ate the pizza by the time I finished typing this review)

Came in after my Uncles funeral. We had a a group of about 20 people. The server was so kind, had a great time with us, and never made any of us feel unattended. This was the best experience my family had had with a large group out for dinner. Thank you for the amazing experience.

One of my favorite places to stop in! The food is always good, the drinks are always delicious, and a huge part of why we come back is because Hannah is our bartender. She’s so friendly, fun to talk to, and always makes our drinks just right. It feels like you’re being taken care of by a friend when she’s behind the bar. If you go, definitely sit with Hannah — she makes the whole experience that much better!

Pizza was perfect was way better than I thought it was going to be tbh it’s probably close to being the best in kalamazoo
Their house wings were great as well definitely kinda different compared to traditional boneless wings but they were excellent
1 more thing the price of everything…. I thought there was a mistake with the bill since it was so cheap couldn’t believe 9 people ate for such little money…… would of been way more expensive even just going to any fast food joint
