We chose Jacos for my husband’s and cousins 40th birthday and couldn’t have been happier!
The restaurant has a wonderful, cozy atmosphere that was absolutely perfect for our party theme. The Jacos staff was amazing—they even decorated the space perfect – going above and beyond to make the night special.
And the food?
If you need a spot with incredible food, a great vibe, and fantastic service for a celebration (or just a regular dinner!), Jacos is the only choice. Highly, highly recommend!

We were vacationing in Niagara Falls, staying at the Comfort Inn & Suites & asked the front desk who they recommended for pizza. They said Jaco’s, which is open on Mondays. We were somewhat hungry & decided to order a calzone. The wait time of an hour was acceptable. The calzone was hot when delivered, HUGE, and very tasty; not over done nor bland sauce. We got 3 meals out of it. Will order again if in the area.

After reading reviews before purchasing I’m wondering if Jaco’s is perhaps great in restaurant and not for take out. We ordered a medium new York style pepperoni and 10 buffalo wings. The pizza was overcooked and honestly not really New York style. The crust was thin and so difficult to chew my toddler couldn’t eat it. Not didn’t like it, physically couldn’t chew it. The buffalo sauce was great flavor but the wings were highly overcooked and very very dry meat. It was just not satisfying.

Maybe the dine in experience is better? The food has stayed amazing but more often than not, the customer service has been very disappointing in the last couple years since the owner passed. Keep hoping it’ll be different each time we’ve ordered but majority of the time it’s not. Please hire some staff that do not sound and act like you’re a bother when calling or picking up orders. Not sure if we’ll be returning anymore, very disappointed and sick of the rudeness and snarky attitudes when placing or pick up orders. This was always our go to pizza joint.

Last 3 days we had a delicious meal at this restaurant, with 2 families from the Netherlands. Pizza plate is recommended. The other dishes at Jaco’s were also very tasty with fresh vegetables and the quantity was certainly enough. Service and owner very friendly and helpful. This place is a must for anyone who does not want to eat in the hotel what is nearby. 10+

Love this place. Have been coming to Jacos for many years , whenever we drive through Niagara Falls area. It’s our must stop. The pizza tray & wings are amazing and our go to . Our server Billie Jo was friendly upbeat and a great laugh to talk with. Just don’t ask for ranch with your wings lol. Blue cheese everything right.

Large cheese and pepperoni with onions and “extra” pepperoni. Dough too thin towards middle to support the toppings as they slid off. Undercooked and oily and not enough pepperoni for the extra cost. Tasted terrible – very sweet as if they sprinkled sugar on top of everything. Called “Hon” on the phone when placing the order. The place looks and feels like what it is… a bar not a restaurant. Staff did not make eye contact when picking up the food, but were prompt and cordial.

Recommended by a friend. Good food and amazing service. Nice place to hide away, relax and have some food and drink. Not busy as I went late at night. The pizza shown in pictures is a personal pepperoni and cheese pizza with garlic parmasean wings. I know not everyone eats the celery but I have to say how fresh it was. Normally pizza places have half rotten veggies, so thank you!
