I really like the food and I wish I can give a high review but the customer service at this place is terrible. You go in there and ask them what’s on the menu and they respond very rude as if they don’t want to answer like if you don’t wanna sell food, maybe close up the whole shop.

Absolutely disgusting! Placed a takeout order..during the call I got questioned twice about my location, (“where are you at?”)stated my location which was less than 5 miles away… then the statement was made “well I hope she will drop all of this food.” Not sure what that meant. ♀️ Ordered “party wings”, “fish,” ( which is not catfish it’s swai) pork chops (“pork steaks”), and fries that weren’t done. Pork chops (steaks) were dried out to the point that they weren’t edible. Everything tasted like old cooking oil. ♀️ Mind you while I was checking my food, I was made aware that all of my “sauces” might not be there..asked..”do you have ranch at home?” This is why black businesses don’t thrive! Stop trying to bullshit your main crowd! (Black customers!!!) I won’t spend my $ here EVER again!!!

Let my 13 year old son go to the mall with friends and older sister …. He walked off went in this place with out friends or his older sister and ordered the 2 fish with fries which was 11.99 he had 12 dollers and do to him not haven the tax they did not give him the fries they charged him 12 bucks for two thin small pieces of fish and when I picked him up he had the fish with him and I asked him how much he paid for it and why he only had two pieces of fish he said they told him he did not have enough for fish and fries so they just gave him fish . That’s not right it’s wrong you don’t do a kid that way and I would have rather you turned him away then take his money and cheat him out of a meal

I came in from out of town and decided to try this soul food spot—and I’m so glad I did! The food was absolutely delicious—seasoned to perfection, hot, fresh, and full of flavor like it was made with love. Every bite reminded me of a home-cooked meal.
The customer service was also top-notch. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making me feel right at home even though I’m not from the area. You can tell they really care about their food and their customers.

Up and coming business that could use support. Service rated average due to me calling a couple of times and no answer, I believe it was cause my area code was out of state. My wife has a local number and was called back after a missed call. I didn’t get a call back but not faulting them. Food is your typical fast food, but affordable. Located in the mall food court it was not hard to find. Speaking with the cashier peak time is only an hour from about 5pm to 6pm. We had the pork chops, wings, and fries with hot sauce on the side. Not a 4 star culinary experience but is convient for the working class or common residents. I am a big supporter of non chain food and if supported this restaurant can grow.

Ordered 10 piece wings with lemon pepper
This my comment I asked for all flats didn’t get that then 2 the lemon pepper was so much and so dang salty I only 2 pieces and threw it away sooooo much lemon pepper ♂️ like dang and then you flowered the chicken that’s not how the picture look like if I would have known you flower the chicken and put lemon pepper on it I would of said no cause that’s double the season right there .. also this the kicker I seen he didn’t have no chicken upfront so they went and got chicken from the back I can tell that it was frozen so when I got the chicken I felt like it was cooked to fast I even said make it cripsy WHOLE ORDER WAS TRASH JUST DID ME DIRTY
