The second time I went for a special dinner where they featured Chilean Pisco. That was a feast!!!!! I will never forget this experience, the chef explained all the dishes to us, and we also had a chance to taste many drinks made with pisco. What a treat!!!
The place was vibing!
The staff are always friendly, accommodating, and genuinely welcoming. The atmosphere is inviting, cozy, and romantic, which makes it perfect for anything from a casual dinner to a special night out. The food comes out quickly, the drinks taste amazing, and the service is always spot on.
Reservations are easy to make, but even when I show up without one, they almost always find a table. Overall, Jacksons Landing delivers a great experience every single time.
Highly recommend!
The The maple-glazed bacon eggs benedict ($19) portion was small, the plate wasn’t anything special, and the “fresh fruit” side was surprisingly small: half a dried strawberry, two grapes, and two blueberries. The server hyped up the potatoes, but they tasted like basic frozen fried cubes, not the garlicky hash described. We actually left hungry enough that family members were offering us parts of their meals.
My sister also ordered the crispy calamari ($18.50) and the portion was a small handful of pieces, nothing like what we’ve received here in the past.
Credit where it’s due: our server was great, and the Caesars were solid. But at these prices, the portions and quality don’t match, and it’s been trending downhill over the last year or two. I hope they take this feedback seriously because we want our local spot to be worth returning to.
