When my sister and I visited Tennessee, a snowstorm had shut down almost everything in the area. Thankfully, Dave & Buster’s was open, and we were able to play games and grab something to eat. The staff seemed understaffed, and our food took about 45 minutes to come out. We honestly didn’t mind the wait since there wasn’t much else to do with most places closed. They offer a wide variety of games, which we played first before sitting down to eat. I ordered the chicken tenders. They weren’t bad, but they tasted like they may have stayed in the oil a little too long. Overall, it ended up being a good backup plan during the storm and gave us something fun to do when options were limited.

I’m genuinely puzzled by the negative reviews for this location because our experience was excellent from start to finish.
I’m a Dave & Buster’s Rewards member and visit the chain often in multiple cities, including Los Angeles, Hollywood, Washington, and now Sevierville. This location absolutely holds its own. The space was very clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly, not nearly as crowded as I expected given how tourist-heavy the area is.
I visited with my sister, niece, and nephew, and everyone had a great time. Food was on point: I had the steak salad and the Philly cheesesteak, and we also shared the pretzel bites. Everything came out fresh and tasted great, no complaints across the table.
Staff were friendly overall and helpful when needed. A special highlight was the Human Claw attraction; my nephew loved every second of it. Pure joy, zero regrets.
All around, this was a solid, fun, well-run Dave & Buster’s, and I’d happily come back next time I’m in the area.

Had an amazing time at Dave & Buster’s! The ambiance is super fun and lively, perfect for hanging out with friends. The games are a blast—tons of variety and very engaging. The bar experience was great too, with a friendly bartender who made everything even more enjoyable. Drinks were a bit on the expensive side, but overall it was worth it. Definitely a spot I’d recommend for a fun night out!

Hands down, this is the best bar experience I’ve had in Pigeon Forge.
First off, huge shout-out to Layla, who is without question one of the best bartenders I’ve ever seen. Extremely professional, fast, friendly, and on point. The bar area was spotless, everything was organized, and the service was top-tier from start to finish.
The atmosphere is next level.
Massive TVs everywhere, crystal clear picture, and they have NFL Sunday Ticket, which meant we were able to watch our New Orleans Saints without missing a single play.
The food was excellent — not “bar food” excellent, but legitimately good. Everything came out hot, fresh, and well-presented.
Clean.

The food was amazing, me and my wife had a lot of fun. We spent 3 hrs playing and didn’t even realize it had been that long. We definitely plan on going back. I even lost my phone and someone was nice enough to turn it in, the staff was really helpful and nice about everything.

Bartender/Server was very nice and helpful. We purchased the Eat & Play Combos and it saved us some money, like a lot! We have a healthy size family. Environment was pleasant and I knew the tunes on the radio so I was singing. Food was hot, delicious, and came out in timely manner. Very clean! Will definitely return!

Absolutely wonderful party experience. We had a basketball banquet there and the food and gaming were amazing. The staff and manager made sure everything was perfect for us. Food was served fast and was delicious. This experience could not have been better!!

Very fun atmosphere. The staff are all wonderful and the food is tasty. As a local arcade fan, I spend a lot of time here, and I especially appreciate the fact that their Pump It Up cab is so well-maintained. Definitely the best arcade in Sevierville.

We visited on a Saturday afternoon, watched some basketball . We were greeted and seated right away! We opted to start with some appetizers. Our appetizers arrived pretty quickly, however arrived ice cold we brought it to our server’s attention and he corrected 1/4 ordered.
The entrees arrived and were hot and tasty! The burgers were highly recommend!
We played in the arcade afterwards, they have deals you can choose from. The card readers were laggy but you just got used to it. Ran into a couple of systems errors but the game floor attendants addressed quickly.
Everyone we encountered was super friendly and helpful. It was very spacious and not crowded for being a touristy area.
We have passed several times when visiting town and never stopped. It always looked empty. Look forward to returning in the future. Much better experience than the flav town place down the road.
