Jack’s place is super cute. We went here for a girls morning for some lunch and a few mimosas. Service was excellent, friendly and fast. Personally I would give the cesar salad a 3.5/5 and the burger a 3/5 but overall I would definitely go back to try something else. My husband loved the pork tenderloin sandwich. Fries were crispy and good.

So so good some of the best appetizers I’ve eaten here in the Shoals the pimento cheese wantons are absolutely amazing, we also got the brisket nachos and could have just been done after those two so delicious and savory, oh and don’t forget the bread basket, the zucchini bread is outstanding! We got the chicken tikka masala pasta and grilled chicken sandwich with their side winder fries, highly recommend stopping by if you’re local or traveling!

The burger was delicious. I ordered the Jack’s burger and the chips. The service was great. My husband and a friend also had the burger. They enjoyed it. Other friends got the Brisket sandwich and said it was good.

I absolutely loved this place. I stopped in for a quick lunch and was completely enamored with everything. Everything was VERY clean! I chose the chef salad and it was incredible. A keto friendly and very satisfying meal. Taylor was a wonderful server, very pleasant and nice. The atmosphere was very pleasing and relaxed, something hard to find with big chain places. I will definitely be making this a routine stop for lunch when I’m in downtown Florence! I wish I could give them 10 stars!

The food was ok but a little over rated but our server was definitely high or something because between not remembering what we drank before she brought the first round… to either ordering or bringing the wrong food to one of our guests and then didn’t even understand the difference… it was a wild experience to say the least… I’m glad we went but unfortunately we all agreed we wouldn’t go back

Jack’s place is the best spot for brunch, lunch, and dinner! I love the food and atmosphere, and have been trying my way through the menu. The spaghetti and meatballs, brisket nachos, and flatbreads are delicious. They also offer cocktails that are named after some of the movies he has worked on as a food stylist. They were out of the house-made margarita mixes when I was there last (they must be delicious!), but I tried the Lady in Red and it was great. I can’t wait to go back!

We were there 55 minutes before getting our food (25 minutes between sitting down and having our order taken, then 30 full minutes until our food arrived). And we didn’t order anything complicated. Other than that, I really have no complaints, but we were all so hangry.
