Pizza took 3 times longer than was quoted.. then when it got here was cold.. manager was useless and said next time you can come and get it yourself. Since I live so close. He refused to credit my card back.. for the poor service and cold pizza.. to get the cash back was gonna take a few days.. pathetic… don’t order from this place..

Update. Card was never refunded either.. trash branch ran by a trash manager.

I ordered a pizza online last night from the Jack’s Pizza in Greenwood. It was scheduled for 5:08 but was late by 30 minutes. When the pizza didn’t come at the expected time I called to check on it. I was told it was out for delivery but the driver was likely delivering more than on order while he was out. I don’t have a problem with doubling up orders, what I DO have a problem with is the lack of communication and planning. No one reached out to me to say it was gonna be late, I had to call to learn this. My ultimate issue is this store KNOWS what orders have been placed when I ordered, why didn’t they adjust the time of delivery to reflect that. Finally my pizza was not hot, it was warm and needed to be nuked. If I wanted to cook my own pizza I could’ve gone to Papa Murphy’s or gotten one from Kroger to put in the oven. My order was over $50 AND I tipped. Had I known the order would be like it was, I wouldn’t have tipped or completed the order.

Jack’s pizza has been my favorite since I was a kid. The last 2 out of 3 times I’ve ordered, tonight included, the crust has been so thin it’s almost non-existent. This has been the case multiple times now. It is the crust and the sauce that makes jacks jacks, They even advertise their pillowy crust, And it hasn’t been very pillowy for a while! I only got a good pizza the time before last because I called and complained and told them that if I was paying 30 bucks for a pizza, I want a normal crust, A normal Jack’s pizza crust!
I ordered online tonight which was a mistake, Though I put in the special request field to not make it a thin crust, but alas is thinner than the last few. I paid $35 for a medium pizza! And would do it again if they made it like it should be!! Otherwise this seems like a complete waste! Very disappointing, again.

I drove from the northeast side of Indianapolis just to try a large meat pizza. Let me tell you it was well worth it. The pizza was amazing. I also had a pound of bone in wings cooked well done. Love it. I recommend this Jacks Pizza.

It was like they used the cheapest ingredients on the pizza the cheese was very plastic tasting the sauce was basically just tomato paste no flavor the crust was like cardboard there was a lot of toppings on the pizza tho.. really the best part about it was the cheese dipping sauce for the breadsticks. So save yourself $31 for a large pizza and just get a dollar worth of cheese sauce and go somewhere else and get pizza..js

I usually have to drive here from the westside because the consistency is better.
I’ve still gotten a few from here that wasn’t very good but I’d rather have average than bad so I come here most the time.
Took away a star, the sauce today had way less seasoning and too much of a tomato paste flavor.
Seems like jacks will never be as good or consistent as they were in the 80s and 90s and early 2000.
Cost too much to hope yourpie is good
There’s a issue, the pie I just got definitely wasn’t worth the price and even tho it looks great it’s hard to eat.
I drive from by the Indy 500 track to get your food.
I’m already back home,I should of tasted it in the parking lot.
Had to redit my review.
I should just stop expecting a good jacks pizza how they use to be.
Now the toppings are 40 percent of what they use to be but the price is $14 more.
Only way I’m getting consistent jacks is if I open a store myself.
Got a family feast again today and I’m so tired of paying good money for such inconsistentcy.
Edit…
How would you fix it?
Remake the pizza sauce exactly to the recipe and make me another pizza?
Or go back to the ingredients all jacks used before the raised prices and started using cheaper crust and cheese?
I drive from the far westside hoping I get a decent one and some days the toppings are too thin for a $25 pizza or one day the sauce has no seasoning in it or one day a $35 pizza there’s hardly no pepperoni and you can almost see the crust through the toppings.
And I know it can be made right because it seems about 3 out of 10 are good and 2 out of 10 are almost how jacks was the first 30 years I’ve ate it.
Unless I can get a replacement for what I got today and made right,I’m absolutely done with jacks.
Today I had to get extra sausage just to get it the way it normally use to be and the sauce absolutely wasn’t made to recipe and people aren’t caring about how they make it when prepping.
The reason I know the cheese has been switched to cheaper quality is because it doesn’t taste the same the next day and the color is way different after it’s cooled down and jack use to be good, hot cold,2 days later or 3 days later.
You have to eat it same day preferably asap for it to be decent enough to eat.
You can tell by the picture, just look up older real pics of jacks and you can see the cheese is worse even tho prices are up and the crust although close sucks compared to the original crust.
And remember, only reason it looks normal is because I had to get extra sausage.
Or you’d be able to see parts of the crust through the toppings and jacks sausage has always covered the whole pizza.
Especially when you get sausage and pepperoni it was always covered.
