Pizza was ok for the outrageous price, looked good but taste was meh at best….breadsticks were doughy and undone… not edible…

Ordered 2 large pizza which cost me $73.25. I requested no green peppers on the supreme pizza as I am allergic. The pizza arrived over 2 hours later cold, and had green peppers. I called they offered a $40.00 credit i accepted. Just called again to order and use my credit and wouldn’t you know no such credit exists! They offered me 1/2 off a pizza! I will no longer order ANYTHING from Jacks! Please learn to do better business. Crazy part is I paid $73.25 for 2 pizza for them to be cold and prepared incorrectly!

The pizza was great , but we waited well over an hour . They were unfortunately short staffed , but the guy was literally doing the best he can. GIVE HIM A RAISE ! especially if this a norm for him to answer calls, make the pizza , take walk-ins on his own.

I went there for pizza on New Year’s Eve. I paid with my debit card. Three days later they charged my card again. Though it is listed as pending, the store hasn’t resolved the pending charge. The money is in limbo. I called the establishment to talk to the manager to see if they could erase the duplicate charge. The manager told me he couldn’t help me. I asked him could he at least try and he told me no.

Pizza is always good when I come here but I got my pizza and sometimes it’s not a big deal on detail but for my pizza to be slid and you do not correct it is not great customer service at least you could have wiped it or told me while showing me the issue because you already knew . I shouldn’t have to accept this is another reason I do not come to this locations.
