Been consistently happy with their food, drinks, and service. Tried their festive menu. A bit pricey but everything tasted great. We got the of fried chicken and the beef gyoza with shrimp bowl. For drinks we got beer and long Island ice tea. Kids split a cheeseburger kids meal. Staff were very accommodating to the kids needs. Tasha was great!

Was here for a business lunch. The food was really good, my colleagues and I both liked what we got. I got the Shrimp and ravioli bowl which was fresh and flavorful.
The service was good but I hate that tipping starts at 18% here. For what? We ordered $140 worth of food and to expect over $25 in tips is absurd.
Anyway, the end of the meal we ordered this brownie and man, it was out of the world. The 3 of the 4 stars given is just for the brownie! Lol. Overall, good place, just wish it was a bit quieter or atleast had a quiet corner.

Our waitress, Tori K, has been very exceptional, with 10-star service. Ms. Torik was very positive, pleasant, and very quick for service
Upon arrival, the very kind receptionist gave us a table quickly. We had a request and she gave us what we wanted.
The waitress, Torik, arrived quickly to take our order. A kind man then came to see us, brought our water and food, and also cleared our plates at the end.
Our plates arrived in 10 minutes, which is very fast. Our two meals were delicious, well-arranged, and perfectly cooked.
The background music was perfect, not too loud.
The bathrooms were very clean.
We felt like we were in a much more expensive restaurant.
We are new residents of London and will be returning to this restaurant several times.
Thank you very much. 10/10 stars.

We enjoyed a beautiful family dinner I had the special Christmas Eggnog drink and it was soo good! Hubby had the NY Lobster Shrimp and it was so yummy! The staff SAM was such a pleasant server and made our visit very warm.

Absolutely great food, AMAZING service. Maya was so nice, accommodating, friendly, and clearly one of the best servers I’ve ever encountered! Britt’s service was absolutely wonderful; she answered all of our questions, respected my wishes for a quiet birthday celebration (yet still delivered a birthday brownie), and was very attentive and timely without ever being intrusive.
The food was excellent; sauced chicken fingers were warm, crunchy, and delicious as usual. And the Tuna Poke Bowl was fresh, crisp, and with just the right amount of spice.
Thank you to the whole Jack Astor’s team, and Britt again for a wonderful outing!

We enjoyed our time at this Jack Astors, the staff were kind and knowledgeable about different menu options, making suggestions for certain pairings. The food was delicious, it took a little while to come out. But given the volume of customers it wasn’t a big deal. We chose a high table at the far side of the bar, which was a nice change from the usual booth we prefer. The beer/drink menu was plentiful as were the sizes of drafts. Overall we had a pleasant experience, thank you Jack Astor’s staff.
