Had to grab one of the Pork Sandwiches new to the menu and the crew was clearly not happy to see someone interrupting their Television. Actually seemed upset that a customer had the audacity to come inside and order food, from a restaurant, that they are getting paid at. Anyways, after I ordered and listened to the cashier argue with a line cook about frying blueberry pies because there was none on the rack. I looked around the lobby for a choice place to sit and eat and noted they do have a comfy looking little area by the fireplace but every table in the entire store except maybe two looked like someone was scattering feed for birds. Meanwhile I waited for my Chicken Fried Chicken to cook. (That doesn’t ever sound healthy.) The crew of young men were TOO at home. Screaming, whooping, and obnoxiously excited over the football game. At one point I over heard one of the guys call the other out into the parking lot. Lastly, when the food did get prepped and plated. It was pretty decent, especially for being fast food. These pork sandwiches are better than the McRibs but super similar and the crinkle cut fries were great. The chicken fried chicken went well on one of the three buttery biscuits and the blueberry pie made me queasy with sugary, cough syrup taste after one bite so I chunked it out along with the remainder of my chicken patty. Steer, far far away from this place.

Thank you for responding and for taking my feedback seriously. I really appreciate that. If possible, I would love for my kind words to be passed along to the young man who helped me in the drive-thru around 2 pm that day. He truly did an excellent job and made the experience much better, even during a busy time.
I would also like to see something addressed regarding the girl at the window, as the interaction felt a bit unprofessional compared to the rest of the service. I’m hoping this can be used as constructive feedback moving forward.
Unfortunately, I’ll be moving to another state soon and won’t have the chance to come back and thank him in person, but I wanted to make sure he knew his great service didn’t go unnoticed. Thank you again.

The womens bathrooms were clean but…
All three toilets were constantly running, and constantly flushing.
The toilet roll holder was empty and a giant roll of paper was hanging precariously from the doorstop on the wall.
The hand towel dispenser was empty and there were no hand dryers.
The people in the food service area were quietly rude, not looking at people when handing out food, even turning away while handing a drink cup in the opposite direction of where the customer was standing. Nobody was talking. Zero eye contact, speaking so softly nobody could hear well. A customer had been waiting for fifteen minutes for her food. Her family had already finished eating. The food had been dying in the heat lamp the whole time. The customer was still not rude, just accepted the food quietly and went to sit down.
We could see the food being prepared. My chicken finger order was picked through by the server, who selected the smallest, thinnest chicken pieces for the order.
The passive aggressiveness of the staff was palpable.
The chicken was good, the honey mustard was gellified, the coleslaw slaw was bland. Service was quick for the most part. Just…. concerning. I almost asked if they were being held hostage…
Atmosphere is stifled. Two trashcan in the whole place. I didn’t see a single server or cookstaff member smile at a customer once. No welcome to Jack’s, no have a good day. Nothin.
No wonder few people was here during the lunch rush.
