One evening after work, I decided to stop by Jack’s in Eupora, MS. It’s new in the area, and I wanted to check them out. Their window service was friendly and professional. I received my order quickly! Their fried chicken was tasty and I like the mashed potatoes and gravy. Listen…..the biscuits are bomb! I’m a lover of packaging and presentation, so I was surprised about their packaging! It’s very convenient to have my order boxed hot, with plates, napkins, and forks! It’s a good added touch Jack’s!

Food is ALWAAAYYYSSSSS wrong. For me and everyone I’ve talked to. Service is unreasonably and inexcusably slow. Literally one of the worst places to eat in or around Eupora, proven by the fact that every time you drive by the parking lot is empty. ✌ do with that what you will.

I ordered two of the Merry Meal combos and the burgers were missing. I was told that I would have to pay extra to get the burgers as part of the combo. Did not want the hassle of arguing, so I just paid for them and left. My order was for take out.

You can’t order chicken for children to eat. The chicken is so spicy hot. Some of it is to hot for grown ups. It will leave your lips burning. It doesn’t matter how many times you explain to them you don’t want hot and spicy, they will serve it anyway. Complaining does not work. They will get an attitude. When you pick it up to go and drive 20 miles to have it at a family gathering and the children can’t eat it. They tell you they don’t serve hot and spicy chicken. This has been going on for a long time. They never give receipts. They always run out of paper.

Customer service is horrible. Two workers standing at the register. There back was turned away from the register. They definitely saw me standing at the register. I stood there a couple minutes. I finally asked was anybody gone take my order. The cashier answered and said someone will be with u.. She turned back around and proceeded to count her draw down. Complaining abt getting off. Kayla P one of the mangers just stood there. Doing absolute nothing. Kayla P.. Always has and an attitude. With customers. The food is good there but the customer service ALWAYS sucks Edward is the BEST!!!

I don’t understand why this Jakes has a higher average of 1 star. They cashier is not friendly what so ever. It really pissed us off with all the attitude. We are friendly people, and there was no reason for the attitude. We tried to purchase extra ranch, and we were told we could not purchase extra because they are low on ranch. They mix their own ranch. Why was it a problem to make some more. Most of the Alabama locations are really good and friendly. Not this one at all.

Jacks of Eupora is really nice. Sometimes slow. But my daughter loves their chicken strips and that they have ice cream. Their milkshakes are also good. The lobby and bathrooms are usually clean as well.
