I got two 3 piece catfish baskets yesterday for $14.28. I have never left a negative review but I think this deserves it. Definitely not what is advertised on tv or the picture Jack’s shows on their poster. Looks like they took 1 small piece of fish and made 3 pieces from it. Very few fries. This was my first visit and last visit. Shrink inflation at its finest.

I went to Jacks in petal for the first time tonight. I ordered a 4 finger plate, my chicken fingers where all incredibly tiny, barely the size of my thumb. They were also incredibly overcooked and dry. I think it would have been impossible to eat them without ranch or something to soften them up a bit.

I am a regular customer of Jack’s it is my favorite restaurant although I don’t get to visit as much anymore because of my schedule, each time I go weather it’s the drive thru or inside the store I have a great experience at the Evelyn Gandy location in petal Ms. Ms. Michelle and her crew is always very friendly and very professional they have great customer service and the store is always clean..that i notice, and I would also like to add if there is any problem with your order they fix it with no problem. Ms Michelle is doing great job as manager to all Jack’s members keep up the good work and you will continue to hve a faithful customer as myself.

We wanted to give Jack’s a try & WOW…. its really nice.. I’m talking “eat off the floor” clean.
The menu is easy to figure out AND no lie, they have seriously good prices. I had the pancakes & bacon & Mr Man had the grilled chicken salad. Both were really good. I noticed lots of people were ordering the breakfast plates too, they looked yum worthy…
Give them a try, oh and the children’s menu looked good too…

Jacks in Petal is top notch! We came late, about 40 mins before close. Everybody was so nice, fresh food was made, and nobody acted like it was an imposition. Food was so good too!

Service is exceptional. I couldn’t decide on what to get and the young man working was very welcoming and helpful. I got fried chicken, green beans, and Mac n cheese. Chicken was made to order and everything taste really good. Prices are affordable as well!

Ordered big jack burger meal and chicken wing. Chicken was dry like jerky, burger was dry, cold, and had no cheese on it. Fries were soggy not crispy and had very little salt. Price was good but now I see why

Recently had a terrible experience at this Jacks. Had been a long not very great day and we ordered a late dinner on the app. They gave me the wrong order…i had to drive all the way back to get my actual order and it was cold and incomplete. I posted a bad review as I was pretty upset mostly because my family was waiting to eat. I also emailed the corporate email. The manager got in touch with me the next day, apologized and left a note to give me our order again for free whenever we chose. We used that tonight and everything was wonderful. The order was correct and the manager went above and beyond by adding extra sides and personally speaking with me. She could have easily avoided talking with me but she handled it with the utmost professionalism. We will definitely eat here again and you should too.
