My experience today was wonderful at Jacks for my first time coming here to Water Valley Jacks. The managers an crew was so nice and friendly I will be returning again for my number 2 combo with Almer Palmer and strawberry pie. When they first opened everything was great but now food especially the bone in chicken has no taste of being seasoned. The tenders are the size of baby fingers and they never have the strawberry pies. The crazy part is I asked how they never have strawberry pies and I was told because the staff eats them…. Really!! I guess corporations don’t care because I know someone should be checking on the decline at the Water Valley location.
September 21, 2024 same service, I don’t know how much more I can take. With prices going up everywhere and wages at an all time low, people spend hard earned money on food like this! Look times are hard for all of us but I believe in paying for good food, service and tipping. I don’t think I’ll be back any time soon

Great atmosphere, friendly staff , very clean . I was not a fan of the scrambled eggs but that’s my preference and has nothing to do with how they cooked.
Visited again this afternoon but went decided to use drive through. The young lady’s tone seemed to imply that she was getting impatient with us placing our order. When we got to the window, the Young man handed us our bag and quickly shut the window and turned away from us. He never greeted us nor thanked us for our business. Very rude customer service this time.

Every Christmas Eve I take my sister to Church. She has to get there early because she is a musician, and I always wander down to Jack’s to grab a bite to eat while she rehearses. The food is always fresh and hot! The staff is always polite, and the service is great!
