Had me pull ahead to wait for my simple burger meal. Not customized, nothing special, just a #2. Car behind me got their order immediately. Then the next car had a fun chat for 10 min before getting their food. Then the car after that one too. And the next and the next. After about 20 minutes they sent a worker out to ask what I ordered.

I always have a pleasant experience at every Jack’s I’ve been to. Today I went to get some food for my family to go at the Grenada one and I had to tell about it. It was 12:30 and very busy. The young lady at the register had just taken 2 large orders before my large complex order. She was so kind but she missed one little change of fries to Mac n cheese. I didn’t notice it. There were a lot of people, it was kind of loud while I was ordering and I had to ask her to repeat some order questions so I think it was amazing she was able to get as much of our personalized order as she did. We recieved our food quickly and I checked it and noticed the missing Mac n cheese and extra fries. They were so gracious about it and quickly added them for me at no extra charge and when I tried to return the extra fries the manager just smiled and told me to have a nice day. This is by far….by far!!! the friendliest, warmest, kindest fast food establishment I’ve ever been in in Grenada. This wasn’t our 1st time here, this was just the 1st time there had been any mistake and need for me to review how WELL they handled it. We will be back a lot.

The area this restaurant is in just experienced an ice storm. One of my items was temporarily unavailable. I placed my order online. Although I wanted a refund that would still mean waiting for my cash back. The manager Ms.Anise was great. She made a call. The unavailable item was on the way. I opted to wait until the item was delivered and was able to get my order. Thanks Ms.Anise. She was great throughout the whole process of making sure my family and I were able to get a hot meal .

I ordered a crispy chicken blt salad and when I got it there was no chicken on the salad. I would have went back if I didn’t have to be in a meeting. The girl at the drive thru was not friendly. I won’t be coming back.

The chicken was jucy and tender, the deluxe burger was so tasty. Out of Coke? How does that happen? Fire places was not on, on a Friday night? 30 degrees out side. Service was ok, food came out fast, hot and fresh. Overall, this was a good experience, could improve on the details

First time dining in at Jacks, it was a great experience, the staff was friendly and professional and they looked professional, everyone was in uniform and had a hair net on. I had the 2 piece dinner, with fries and slaw and the Peanut Butter & Cookies Shake. The food was hot, fresh and delicious!!!! Even the parking lot was lit up and clean…Presentation and Service is everything!!! Two Thumbs Up for Jack’s on Shelby Drive!!!

Tried the Rib sandwich combo today. It was extremely amazing. The flavors were delicious and the food was cooked to perfection. I loved it. Everything about the sandwich was great. I’m hooked on it from now on. I highly recommend everyone to go by this restaurant and grab the large Rib Sandwich Combo, you will not be disappointed. Went through drive through and had a great experience. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Going go back and grab me another again. Thanks Jack’s .

I have always had an amazing experience at jacks, but today, me and my kiddos ordered, and I didn’t realize I didn’t have my wallet on me til I was at the window(very embarrassed), the cashier was so sweet and wanted to pay for our food, of course I told her I couldn’t let her do that but I would be back, but that was the most kind gesture any fast food restaurant has ever done for us! Her name was shay, so sweet and kind! Glad to know there is still people like her in this world!

While I’m not always impressed with the quality of the food, that chicken tonight was the absolute best! He did ask me to pull ahead of the window, said he was just making it but I waited only a couple minutes. My order was brought to me piping hot with a smile. Best service in town.
