Seems like the food industry is struggling and you can’t always expect good service from this place but we’ve been to jacks ( this location) 3 times in the last month and both times that the man (that’s on the drive thru tonight) is there it’s amazing, don’t know your name bc it wasn’t on the receipt but I hope you know you are doing a great job at providing excellent service in a dying industry! We can’t wait to be back, we will forever be looking forward to you taking our order!

Hit or miss on the service and politeness of the staff. Last visit was pretty good, the gentleman welcome us in and didn’t give a rushing attitude. One of my favorite things about Jack’s is the dining room with the fireplace. It’s not overly stimulating as some fast food places. The food can be good too, they have some good deals that are relatively cheaper than competitors.

I ordered the blackened chicken sandwich with fries and a drink. The sandwich and the fries are well seasoned. They staff were very friendly. People from corporate were there, so this may have helped with the visit today. My only complaint was the bun was a little dry.

i ordered a shake through the app and i had paid for it already and i didn’t want to go through the trouble of getting a refund and they offered me something to make up for my order then gave me a free burger. Did you know jacks has 1$ burgers on tuesday, i didn’t either. Great service i mess around with the Jacks. There truck didn’t come in on time that’s why i couldn’t get the shake.

Very poor hospitality cashier’s don’t want to look your way or barely ring up your food . Ordered 10 burgers for kids after football practice just for the burgers to feel as if they came right out the refrigerator how that’s possible I just don’t understand. Bring the burger’s back to get them remade the manger claim she was making them herself but was in front the store having a conversation with friend’s just to only bring burgers back outside that weren’t toasted as they come cheese still cold it would have been a little caring to help coach your team how to correctly make the order instead of just offering a refund after a hour of my time is wasted . NEVER AGAIN!
