We enjoy coming to this jacks in Thomasville. It’s close to our house, but the customer service and team seem to work together pretty well. Appreciated the quick service this morning, but also the staff acknowledging there was a customer in the front lobby quickly.
Noticed a lot of change in the personnel, but nice to see new faces as well. This Jack’s actually is much better than those in surrounding areas, Specifically, Linden, which I no longer go to, even though I work directly across the street, due to the attitude of one of their managers.

I had a very disappointing experience at Jack’s. I ordered the deluxe breakfast combo with a substitution for smoked links, but when I received it, the sausage links clearly had residue and crust on them, indicating they had been taken off a biscuit and not properly prepared. When I pointed this out to the cashier, he dismissively said they could see the links came off another biscuit and offered to make me new ones. I was told to pull up and wait. After about 15 minutes, the manager finally came out and asked if I wanted fresh links, but when I explained my issue again, she undermined me and was extremely unprofessional. She spoke rudely, made a scene in front of staff— which was unnecessary and embarrassing. Overall, the service was poor, and the staff handled my concern poorly. I won’t be returning.

Ordered through the app for first time. Husband did pick up. Food was great! Service was friendly and ready on time! Atmosphere was clean. You can see husband (Scott) cleaned his plate of eggs, sausage, grits and gravy biscuit and I’m still working on my chicken biscuit! I’m excited to go back soon to try the fried green tomato blfgt!!!
