I write this review with a gripe because during the day this restaurant is good but as soon as day time management leave the store changes. I went here around 7:15 yo order the catfish dinner with your choice of sides. The worker informed me they only have fries which is something they do often at this location. I know because I stay close and usually order online and always end up with fries because they dont like to prepare enough food for people at night. The couple in front of me wanted a family box of chicken again non ready they left. Im not suggesting you be wasteful but consider customers just as mich as you value getting home for a hob you chose

The evening crew has zero customer service skills (this is based on multiple different visits). The restaurant dining area is typically dirty, with trash on the floor and multiple light fixtures on the wall have no covers. They NEVER put the seasoning on the fries and give small portions.

Being from West Virginia and as we don’t have these fast food restaurants there we had never tried this place before and decided to grab a burger.. I have to say the burger I had was delicious and the french fries were crinkle-cut and crispy and fresh as well as the burger that I ate… The service was good the place was clean which is always good… I’d have to say that I would definitely eat here again… The price wasn’t too bad either I paid about $9 and change which is average for a burger fries and a large drink nowadays…good stuff

I live near Jack’s and excited when they introduced the Country Rib meal. I’ve been a long time fan of the McRib from McDonald’s. This is no comparison. It looks good in the pictures. Mine was very dry, even covered in sauce. Big disappointment and a waste of money.

I ordered a coffee with NO ice. I was given a coffee with ice. Upon my request for my correct order, I was told I needed to order it without ice. Which is exactly what I did. I was given the same coffee still with ice in it. Do not order here. It’s not enough that the coffee is burnt, watered down, and not properly flavored as is, but to consistently give customers incorrect orders is ridiculous. Do not waste your time or money at this location.

The drive-thru experience was not welcoming, which was the initial concern, but the lady at the window was very nice. However, the burger was cold and appeared to have been hastily assembled, possibly having been a returned order; I trash it immediately. I do not recommend this Jack’s on 4011 Atlanta Hwy Location to anyone.

Food always good, service ALWAYS disappointing. I got several fries and asked for ketchup, she literally handed me 4 ketchup, then bolted away so I couldn’t ask for more, I waited, then when she came back, I said while showing her the ketchup that I had several orders, that I would need more, she said, you need more, just say that. Nasty attitudes every time I go.

Staff were not interested, and didn’t listen when placing my order. They up sold everything we ordered without asking (ex tender snack into dinner, added drink to combo without asking) .
