I love the whole Collinsville, AL staff. They treat you like family. But I have to say that Roger and Hannah are my absolute favorites. They are all precious people though that deserve a raise and praise. They go above and beyond like this morning, I forgot my apple pies and was fully prepared to drive through again if needed. But no, sweet Hannah wouldn’t hear of it. She added it on to my order for me right then and there. She and Roger just have the most positive attitudes. I love my hometown Jack’s!

My dog and I run through Jack’s drive thru probably twice a week and share a two cheeseburger meal. Everyone is always VERY nice and it’s usually very fast. .
My only complaint:
I always order our burgers with no pickles, no ketchup or mustard. Probably 1/3 times, they come with everything on them anyway. We will both eat them, but we don’t really enjoy them. And Daisy will spit the pickles on my rug if she possibly can, so I don’t love that;)
But otherwise, everything is always good, the fries are always hot and the employees are the best:)

This is the best Jacks restaurant I’ve ever been to. Stopped this morning to get a steak biscuit, and both the biscuit and the steak were fresh cooked and delicious. The people who worked there were very friendly and helpful. This Jacks also has truck parking, and there were many truckers there (which is always a good indication of good food).

I just received the worst bacon, egg and cheese biscuit of my life from this Jack’s in Collinsville. The cheese was cold, like it came straight out of the cooler. It was terrible altogether. I couldn’t pick it up because it was falling apart. Just nasty. Straight to the trash.

Save yourself time and money and do not go here. Cook was playing on his phone while making the food, then we asked to have it remade and it was wrong but cashier swore it was the right order. Definitely will never be back, this isn’t the first experience with this place either, last time we went we received hard and dry chicken tenders. But didn’t make a fuss and fed it to our dogs. Customer service sucks and food definitely sucks

I will never eat at this Jacks again. They got an 86 score and it shows. My boyfriend asked for plain with extra cheese and instead of getting a new bun they just scrapped off the condiments. What if he was allergic to ketchup or something?! They didn’t drain the grease from the pattys. Photo shown below of the nasty greasy mess. Absolutely disgusting. Learn how to drain grease and the bathrooms were disgusting too. I had to squat over the toilet because I didn’t feel comfortable actually sitting on the toilet seat. This Jacks needs to be shut down until proper cleanliness training has been done.

What a shame, seems like they built this beautiful new building and kept the same old staff that neglected it and destroyed it before. How does a new store score an 86 on a health inspection???? I live just mins away and I had not been here in years because it was so bad. Decided to finally stop in today and nothing has changed or it has gotten worse. They was out of everything. Said they was short staffed but most of the people they had was just standing around and joking with each other. It’s a sad waste of a beautiful new building.

Edit: I have lowered my rating for the following reason. After a month I decided to give it another go to see if they have improved. I have stopped by this location twice this week and both orders were incorrect. I can only assume that either no action was taken by the owner or this locations management ignored whatever was said. Jacks really does have good food but if you make frequent visits it isn’t worth frequently getting your order wrong. Go to the burger king nextdoor instead.
I regularly stop by this store because it’s on my way to work. They make great food, when it’s made correctly. I always come through for breakfast, and if you order anything that costs extra you’ll get it. But ask for jelly, breakfast salsa, or even no ice in your drink and you aren’t gonna get it unless you remind them at the window. On multiple occasions I’ve ordered sausage breakfast wraps and got bacon instead.
There used to be a manager that worked there that knew me and what I ordered and I never had a single issue. I don’t know what happened to her but this store is suffering SEVERELY for it. Don’t know how many more times I’m going to deal with this before I just start going to the burger king next to y’all.
