Second time I have gotten my fries and they and they are completely orange covered in season salt or what ever it to the point u can even taste the fry itself when I call the store the lady over the phone says that’s the way the company wants them to season them has to be a lie cause i know damn well they don’t want elevate any one blood pressure

My family chose Jacks tonight and im glad we did. It was obvious the couple of people that were working were having a hard time but they were resilient. Where is all the employees? I saw maybe 3. The poor manager was about in tears but kept pushing and put out one of the best dinners I ever received from a restaurant. I would like to offer her a job at my family’s business. No worries, im going back to find her. She deserves a better environment with more help. Thank you for the great service young lady. I will be back.

Do not go to this “fast” food location unless you have an hour + to wait for your food. Placed my order through the app at 5:04 PM didn’t leave the store with it until 6:15 PM. No food place should ever take an hour and eleven minutes to get you your food.
After driving 15 minutes home, realize that the employees missed an entire person’s food and drink and the food they gave us was ice cold.
If you can’t staff the restaurant properly either pay them more or shut it down.

I went to Jacks on my lunch break on yesterday. I decided to try the coaches meal. I pay for my food and the young man at the window tells me to pull up. 15 mins later I’m still waiting with no food. Mind you I waited in the car line at least 15 mins to order. I decided to go in and see what was going on. The guy behind the counter said it would still be a while because they had to cook the burger. So 30 mins no food. I just asked for my money back. I would of been fine but if you say from the start this is a product you have to wait on to cook give me the choice. The young people inside just lost my order I seen them trying to find it. So 45 mins in no lunch headed back to work.

I was just trying to get some chicken on my way home and I have never had such great service I read this review about it being so juicy I had to come and try it out my self and i over herd theres a Japanese man back there making my chicken and it was so good it was the best chicken I’ve ever had the mash potatoes and green beans were so good I have to come back to jacks again. you have to ask if that Japanese man is in the back to make your chicken to get the best experience of southern chicken from jacks

The Jack’s on Hwy 53 and Jeff road is very nice, staff are attentive, and food prepared well.
We enjoy coming here after church every Sunday and sitting at the table next to the window with warming sunshine.

Got my order in pretty easily. The only thing wrong with the process is that they don’t have a place where you can tell them that you are military, so you don’t get your discount. They can always ask to see your ID when you picked up the order. It would be nice if they could add a way for that to happen on the website.
