Look, it’s Del Taco! This isn’t just any Del Taco though, and we’ve been to plenty. What sets this Del Taco apart is the incredibly friendly and upbeat staff! Whoa!
The food was exactly as expected. The order was correct. The dining area was clean. Has a play area. Overall, this is a typical Del Taco except for the staff here that truly put this location over the top and make it better than any Del Taco we’ve ever visited.

I really enjoy coming here. The staff most times are very friendly. Only once have I ever encountered someone who was rude. Food is really good too and they let you use more than one coupon. We really love that. The restaurant and restrooms are pretty clean. Can use some detailing but nothing major. I love the chicken here! It’s amazing!

I am absolutely appalled by the experience my wife and I had with this Del Taco location. After eating here, my wife became violently ill with what can only be described as severe food poisoning. The level of sickness she experienced was alarming. intense stomach pain, nonstop vomiting, and hours of misery that no one should have to endure because of a restaurant’s negligence.
This is not a minor inconvenience. This is a serious failure in food handling and safety protocols. For a national chain, this lack of oversight is unacceptable and frankly dangerous. We trusted this location to serve food that was safe to eat, and it failed in the most serious way possible.
We will not be returning, and I strongly urge management and corporate, if necessary to investigate immediately. No customer should ever have to go through what my wife did.

Adding kiosks was a bad move. I dont want to use a touchscreen to order my food. Get rid of the kiosks please. Dont come at me with “i still have the option to order food with a person.” I know corporate is trying to cut back on personell costs and so they’ve placed pressure on the employees to encourage customers to use these and will be expecting to make their miney back. This brings the quality of the experience way down. Nothing is so impersonal or frustrating as removing the initial interaction between the customer and the employee and forcing the customer to habe to beg for service at the front counter. I normally don’t care to leave these types of reviews, but i frequent this place often and i dont want to see it go the way of taco bell.
I understand that this change is proposed as a reduction in wait times, but this is a slipperly slope to take. Eventually it always goes the same. It actually takes about 3 times longer to order food using a kiosk than for a person to take my order. All this change does is benefit the bottom line, and hirts employees and customers in the process. Dont gaslight me.

So tell taco *Now wants you to do your own order on the screen. And it doesn’t always get the order correct and we were just shorted two large drinks and when I confronted them, she just gave me the same thing water cups poor customer service. If you don’t want people to place their own orders, maybe you should hire more people I am here eating because it is the anniversary of my brother’s passing and del taco was his favorite.

Coming here is such a delightful process. Randy, the general manager, makes it even more wonderful. From the delicious grilled chicken tacos to the hilarious jokes about his ex-wife, you can’t beat this epic combo. Almost as epic as their epic burritos I highly recommend this Rand-tastic experience.

Typically Del Taco is my go to for a cheap quick taco. Unfortunately today must have been the last day of their fryer oil before changing it out everything had that burnt oil taste, from the fish tacos to even the snack taco hard shells.
