I don’t think you can beat a Jack’s biscuit! And their other breakfast foods are very good too. Ilove the Deluxe plate for breakfast . They are also not too expensive to eat there. Store is clean, server was super nice , what more do you want ! I had a sausage and egg ,and a bacon and egg and cheese biscuit, hash rounds and an apple pie! OK, OK, I was hungry! Nuff said..

Terrible, terrible service. Definitely do not go if you’re on a lunch time limit. Got to the drive thru at 1220 ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. Waited 10 mins in line, then after they told me to pull up waited another 15. Decided to walk in and I heard the girl making the sandwiches ask “What’s on the grilled chicken?” 3 or 4 times with no answer so I told her what I had wanted on it. She makes it then puts it under the heat lamp. I watch to see if they’re gonna bag my sandwich and give it to me but nope. Girl in the red shirt who I assume is the manager just kept getting everyone else’s order ready. I had to go up to the counter and ask for my sandwich to get it. If I had waited in my car no telling how long it would have been. Idk if the same people own all the Jacks in the Shoal area but all of them are among the worse in customer service.

Really good fast food and generally good service. They didn’t seem to have many people cleaning the dining room and such but it wasn’t bad and we had milkshakes tonight and ice cream and we all enjoyed it.

Biscuit was old, chicken breast was too small, not enough green beans and creamed potatoes. Also whole meal was not hot enough. We ordered a little after 5pm and the quality of meal was not acceptable.

We order from this jacks too often bc it’s close. But more often than not, they mess up our order and are slow. We used uber eats tonight and it took over an hour, not bc of the driver but bc the food took that long! And then to top it off they didn’t even include everything, we were missing two big items. THEN WHEN WE TRIED TO CALL THEM, the line would not t go thru. Like the line is down?! It’s so frustrating when you try to keep giving a place the benefit of the doubt and not complain too much. But I am done.

Nearly every time I order from this Jack’s on DoorDash, they forget my dipping sauce. I don’t even know why I bother selecting a sauce. And they do not accept special requests, so I can’t even request a plastic spoon or fork. I ordered mashed potatoes as my side, thinking surely that would ensure the inclusion of some utensil, but no. I guess I’m supposed to eat these mashed potatoes with my hands.
Editing my review: last time I went, there was a hair in my food. And I don’t just mean laying on top. It was wrapped around a chicken finger.. And I knew it wasn’t my hair, because it was very dark, course, and curly. I took the survey from the receipt and asked that a representative reach out to me regarding the matter, but no one ever did. I kept a picture to show whomever would reach out, but since no one ever did, I guess I’ll show it here

The entire process took more than 20 minutes. The order wasn’t right. We kept having to ask for changes to fix it. The lady waiting on us was rude and agitated. The chicken tenders were tiny and dried out and the fries tasted stale and tasteless. We will not eat at this location again.
