Food here is great..service was satisfactory. They seem to be very busy at lunch (which would be typical in this manufacturing town). The men’s restroom floor is horrible… dirty and sticky. That kind of turned me off for this place. So, how dirty is the kitchen…?

When I want a quick vanilla iced coffee with a chicken and gravy dipped biscuit for breakfast. Or a chicken finger snack pack, Jacks is my go to place. The food is great and always great service. Fast and very friendly service.

Their breakfast was awful, they put enough mayo on a breakfast sandwich to make a big bowl of potato salad! The place looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all this a.m. I already feel sick to my tummy!

We tried the double cheeseburger, grilled chicken, fried chicken and fries.. There wasn’t anything special about them. What we woukd recommend are the shakes. They are made with real ice cream and are delicious. I loved the moose tracks shake. If a Jack’s pops up on Maps I would definitely stop by for another shake.

I stopped at Jacks for breakfast before heading into work- the heat was just especially brutal that day & it was rapidly climbing.
I reluctantly ordered a sausage, egg & cheese biscuit through the drive-thru window, thinking I’d most likely die of heat exhaustion before making it around the drive-thru line and actually getting the biscuit! To my sheer surprise, the service
was actually fast today and the sausage, egg and cheese biscuit that I ordered was actually quite delicious!!
Jack’s is definitely the place to order good tasting biscuits for breakfast- unfortunately McDonald’s, which is right across the road would NEVER be “the place” to order biscuits nor any breakfast food for that matter.
Note:
#FYI – Jack’s Family Restaurants have drive-thru windows for take out orders as well indoor seating for customers who had rather dine-in, but unfortunately, there is NO table service whatsoever, so upon placing your order at the front registers, then paying at the front registers, you may then go be seated.
There are 2 bathrooms which are clean, tidy, and very much suitable for wheelchair use.
This is also a family focused and kid – friendly atmosphere.

I ordered a grilled chicken salad they got the order wrong and the young kid who took my order cocked an attitude and apparently the manager didn’t care.

We arrived around noon and it was not busy. The counter person was very polite and took our order right away. I always request mine to be prepared with no mayo. Thay got my order correct and the food was hot and tasty. We did not have to wait long for our order. We eat at a lot of Jack’s and find the food to be constantly good in most all of their locations.
