I don’t know who runs the Jacks in Hamilton, Alabama… but someone seriously needs to get a handle on the night shift managers and crew.
we sat in the drive-thru for over 45 minutes. FORTY. FIVE. MINUTES. At a fast food restaurant.
We waited 30 minutes before we even got to the intercom. When we finally did, the lady who took our order was rude, short, and very clearly did not want to be there. It showed in her tone and attitude.
Then we waited 8 more minutes just to pay.. not to get our food, just to pay. After that? Another 7 minutes for four sandwiches.
The entire time the window was wide open and the workers inside were joking, laughing, and saying things like “it ain’t my job.” I hate to break it to them, but it actually is your job. That’s what you’re clocked in for.
And after waiting 45 minutes… our sandwiches were wrong. We specifically asked for no tomato and no onions.. and BOTH were on the sandwiches. Somehow the fries were cold too.
I’ve worked fast food. I’ve been crew. I’ve been management. I understand being short-staffed. I understand rushes. I understand stress. But 45 minutes for four sandwiches is unacceptable. And acting unprofessional with the window wide open where customers can hear and see everything? That’s beyond embarrassing for the business.
Customer service should mean greeting people respectfully, communicating wait times honestly, double-checking orders, and working as a team to get food out correctly and efficiently. It shouldn’t take almost an hour to leave with cold fries and the wrong sandwiches.
This wasn’t just an inconvenience. it was beyond frustrating, especially sitting there that long with kids in the car.
Do better.

Received some of my food with my last order not all. The amounts described on the menu of the portions are not what are given multiple times we have given small portions when there should have been 4-6 oz this is my 4 piece tender meal.

There was no wait at the drive thru. We pulled right up and were able to order. The service was fast, but the food and lady at the window were meh. We usually love the fries, but today there was entirely too much seasoning on them. The burgers didn’t taste very fresh. The food was definitely not bad, but it wasn’t all that good either. The lady that was working the window, wasn’t very friendly… Actually I’m not sure she even spoke. So, about like the food, not bad, but not good either. Just Meh

Sat in the drive thru for about 30 minutes before we even ordered. Ordered 2 4 pc chicken finger meals. Recived 1 chicken finger snack and 1 chicken finger dinner with the biscut and green beans. Got no sauce and the green beans we didnt even order had hair in it. Would avoid for dinner.

3nd day in a row, ordered the number 5 , both times requested no ketchup the one taking order was not very polite. But thankful the sweet older lady was at the window, shes your best employee there. She is always so courtious, maybe have her train the rest on how to speak to customers ? ..Normally I don’t complain but the last few months service has really gotten horrible , and orders are constantly missed.

I wanted a 2 piece fried chicken but they didn’t have any ready. I asked how long it would take to make some up and they said it would take quite awhile. So I got loaded Mac and cheese. Kids ordered grilled cheese and they got cheese burgers instead.
