We went inside and had a very good double cheese combo while the lady I take care of had the chicken tender plate. Food was very good except for the fries which were a little bland. She said her chicken tenders were as good a Victoria and a lot cheaper. She also really liked the mashpotatoes and the biscuit which tasted hand made and fresh eved in the evening. The staff were amazing and their hot fried apple pies reminded me of the ones Mc Donald’s used to made when they were good back in the 70s-80s. Their pricer than Mc Donald’s but that’s not saying too much in this recovering economy. If I were to give them a 1-10 score it would be a 9.5/10. Their shakes are amazing too!

If I could put zero stars I would. Food was gross. They really love their microwave here. I mean they never stopped using it but somehow the chicken was still raw, the burger was burnt and cold and the Mac n cheese was like they just took it out of the fridge and served it. The men’s bath was all messed up. Went to wash your hands and the water came out of the counter and sprayed your shoes. Women’s bathroom the soap dispenser didn’t even work. Fries were undercooked and they said we could order some breakfast things so we ordered the pancakes and wouldn’t you know it, they were microwaved too. The only thing that was half way decent was the tea. Jack you have a lot of work to do. Smh.

Ordered a double gravy with small sweet tea. She takes my card and then hands me a bag. I tell her that isn’t mine so she responds “well that’s what’s on my screen” all snarky. She throws the bag that has a sandwich in it and calls a blonde lady over. Woman tells the lady at window (dark hair pulled up tattoos all over her arms) to give me my card back. She hands me a double gravy and doesn’t come back. She opens the window and I tell her I had a small tea as well so she pops off “alright you ain’t gotta get smart about it”. The ONLY person that had a attitude this morning 9/8/25 was you ma’am. Have you a cup of coffee, a cigarette, or don’t work with the public if you can’t talk like a normal human being without popping off at them for no reason. Attitude from her from the moment she first opened the window. I’m sorry your having a bad day or whatever but that shouldn’t roll over to your job. Will definitely share this upsetting experience and the fact that my card wasn’t even charged the correct amount AND for some reason they didn’t give me a receipt. First and last time here.

Food could’ve been better. Chicken couldn’t chew over cooked fries undercooked. Just wasn’t a good experience. Normally their right on point. Of course I’ll be. Back. One out of twenty ain’t gonna stop me. We all have our days.

I ordered three sausage biscuits. That’s all I wanted. This is the second time this week that they’ve skimped out and only given me two. They weren’t busy and I get it that mistakes happen but twice in a week and I’m getting jipped out of two dollars.
