The service at this location is deplorable. I waited at the drive thru for almost ten minutes before someone finally let me know the drive thru was “not working right now” and I would need to come in. When I get in, I have to wait for the employees to finish their conversation before someone finally deigned to take my order. While waiting, I watched one of the cooks scratching his head while playing on his phone. On top of all this, they didn’t have chicken or pies or anything that I ordered. Somebody had just come in and bought it all so I left without food. Very disappointing.

I came to this location Saturday after a long day at my own job. I pull into the parking lot only to see the entire staff sitting outside at the entrance smoking what smelled to be Marijuana. The young lady with the headset outside took my order at the speaker,rushing mr through it. Then I drove around to the window where there’s no one there nor inside. After sitting there for 3 minutes she comes from outside only to ask me to repeat my order. I was livid. Needless to say I was no longer interested. The staff as well as the manager working the late shift on 10/18/2025 should be have an extensive day of training, because that was ridiculous

Terrible service from drive through associate ! Do not go to this jacks . If I could give 0 stars I would . Zero sense of urgency and listening to music loud while performing transactions in the drive thru . Date of this incident 11/5/2025 9:50am. I will not be back and do not recommend . The female in the drive through also was irritated mentioning potential write ups to her coworker in front of customers . Lack of professionalism , urgency , and customer service all in one was displayed .

This location is always out of breakfast wraps and milkshakes… all year long!!! The employees seem bothered that I’ve even attempted to get a milkshake… or a breakfast wrap in the mornings. I guess the pics on the menu are just for looks.

We stopped in for a quick meal,the guy on the speaker could not hear us so we went inside and the cashier was not very nice didn’t smile ,shot,just didn’t care to be at work attitude,so the manager Reginald stepped in and made the experience worth being there I would go back just to see him a nice guy and very polite ❤️
