Drove through the drive through today & ordered 2 thighs. Girl on speaker was very short & abrupt. Got to window, worker was rude. I paid & drove off with my bag. Got home & had 3 chicken fingers & fries…no thighs. I tried for 30 minutes to call & report the incident…no one answered the phone after letting it ring forever. I finally got through & spoke to a manager who apologized & said she had sent the rude employee home. This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks I’ve had a similar experience. Jacks really needs to work on customer service. I’m not sure I’ll be back.

Stopped here on my way to Talladega. Long line in drive thru so I went inside and ordered to go. Food was perfect and hot and friendly employee’s that worked nonstop getting orders out in a timely manner. No one was on their cell phones or laughing and talking about whatever. Nice to come and see people who take pride in their customer service.

Waited at drive through for 17 minutes only for food to be wrong. If this place wasn’t on my end of town I’d never eat here. We give it another chance every couple of weeks only to be disappointed.
