I’ve been to several other Andy’s locations and have never had an experience like this.
On two separate drive-through visits to this Round Rock location, I was handed cups with an excessive amount of custard smeared all over the outside. Not a small drip — the sides were coated enough that I immediately had to wipe my hands, and the cups continued to drip as soon as they were handed to me. The amount on the outside was so blatantly obvious that it’s hard to understand how staff found it acceptable to hand to a customer. After it happened twice, it’s difficult not to question whether it was intentional.
The custard itself was also extremely milky and runny, more melted than frozen.
This location hasn’t reflected the quality and consistency I expect from Andy’s.

We showed up minutes before closing, they were sooo sweet and took good care of us! The frozen custard was amazing! I got a turtle, my fiends got a float and a brownie thing. Everything was great and the staff was amazing! Normally when you show up somewhere right before closing you get dirty looks and bad service, but not HERE! Thanks for a great first experience with Andy’s!

Very miss not a hit at this location. Tried twice in the last month and both times not a great experience. First, grabbed an apple pie custard and had no apples all crust plus the not great mix very top heavy. Second time grabbing another apple pie custard and handed the person $20 and he said they did not have the change. I left my cards at home so I had to leave. Probably will not go to this location again.

Went through drive thru. Ordered almost $50 and
First the girl tried to give me someone else’s order then I corrected her then she hands me my order only for me to get home and find out only half of my order was correct. Then I tried calling twice and twice and the local number rang and rang and then says mailbox full. Then tried calling customer support only to get a recording saying to call back Monday. I get it’s kids running the place but there were lot of workers only and they messed up the order twice. Now I am at home with an upset child and it is late. So frustrating and disappointing. Not to mention the girl at window even said there are too many orders here and she had this enormous amount of hair big, long, fluffy with no hair net, falling all over. Overall worst experience I have ever had there.see picture- does that look like chocolate ice cream( what was ordered)?!

Communication among the staff here is terrible. I specifically came for a brownie sundae, and the young man outside told me they didn’t have any brownies. I ordered something different, but had a feeling to double-check at the window because I really wanted the brownie sundae. (We live in another state so this is always my favorite sweet treat when we visit)
When I got to the window, the man there told me, “We do have brownies. I don’t know why he told you that. He’s not very good at his job.” That response was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable to hear as a customer.
When I asked if I could change my order, I was told they already had the order and it could not be changed. While I understand policies, the situation itself was frustrating and disappointing, especially since the issue was caused by miscommunication between staff.

On a Saturday 5/18/24 surprisingly not busy, we decided to order a strawberry shortcake sundae, it was bad to say the least. This was to be shared by 3 people and no one liked it. The strawberries were frozen, it was like eating frozen sherbet, barely any ice cream, no strawberry syrup and the cake was ore like a corn bread, it tasted stale and was very bad. For nearly $7, it certainly was not worth it, you are better off going to the nearest grocery store and buying ice cream for a better price and taste. The quality and quantity has gone downhill to a point we are not coming back. We chose this because we had one at the Pflugerville location and was so good, it tasted fresh and was warm and was a lot that it was almost too much for 3 people who just wanted to have a taste and indulge without going overboard on sugar. Sadly we have been too disappointed in places nowadays, with inflation, prices keep going up, but the quality is so down. Photos: the fist one shows what we received after 2 people took a bite, that’s how little we got, the second, well no one really wanted the frozen strawberries and stale cornbread, ice cream was gone since it was barely any. Nothing like the photo being advertised.

Delicious brownie sundae with pieces of brownies, cherries, pecans and melted chocolate on the top, too sweet for my taste but it was really good and beautifully presented. The regular size is just perfect ! We were served very fast by a friendly, polite young man, clean place outside with benches, nice first experience!
