Placed an order online for pickup. Chicken sandwich and fry. Went to get my order got told they had to cook the chicken so I could wait or get it grilled. I said I would wait. Get to the window and the lady says they can make it with tenders instead. Pure LAZY!! I even told her I didn’t like the tenders which is why I stopped ordering them. It does not taste the same the breading is different also. I was willing to wait for the food I wanted and still couldn’t get what I asked for.

Fast, friendly drive through service. Stopped by for breakfast and ordered a steak and egg combo with hash browns and a sweet tea. The biscuit was really good but the hash browns were over cooked, very crispy. So people prefer them that way I’m sure, but they were a little over done for me. I still ate them though. Overall great service.

Loved it! We were traveling through Alabama on our way back to NJ from NOLA when we saw a sign for Jack’s. After Googling and seeing the great looking food, we decided to try it out and we were not disappointed. Trent and his staff made us feel warmly welcomed on a bitter cold night of long driving, telling us all about Jack’s and its history. We tried the chicken sandwich with fries which were tasted as great as they looked. The Come Back Sauce had a nice kick and paired beautifully with the chicken and fries. The restaurant itself was warm and inviting, very clean and well stocked. Trent and his staff’s hospitality made our first experience at Jack’s an amazing one, and we will definitely be back again. Thank you!!

Food was good. Employees uniforms and entire restaurant was so nasty. This location used to be neat and tidy. Service was slow but it was evident they were very short handed. Tables were all dirty, condiment station was dirty, floors looked like they haven’t been swept in a couple days. Last stop here.

Came through at 10:30am. Ordered a 4 piece chicken finger meal with a Dr.Pepper. They gave me sweet tea even though I asked at the window if it was Dr.Pepper. They did give me 5 chicken fingers tho so I suppose I cant complain too much.

Had to wait almost 20 min for our food, order came out wrong, didn’t provide any utensils to eat with, and didn’t make our burgers how we ordered them. The everyone seemed very overwhelmed during our time here and messed up several other orders of people that were there at the same time.

Got three chicken fried chicken fingers and a chicken breast. Chicken was so cold and hard it was inedible. They gave me a breast fillet that goes on a sandwich instead of a real chicken breast. Didn’t give us the Mac and cheese. Called to get it fixed and was hung up on. They have got to be the worst Jack’s ever. Nothing but rude kids working there with an incompetent manager.

Love this place! I’m a 10 year old girl who loves to travel with her grandparents, and on our way to Gatlinburg, we were hungry so we ate. The cheeseburger was the best thing I’ve ever eaten! Although I don’t really like the tiny booths.. I love the crunchy ice! ❤
