Extremely disappointed. It’s been years since we’ve had BWs. We stopped going around the time they rolled out their new breading on the boneless wings. We decided to give it another try and got carryout. We both got boneless wing, dry with sauce on the side. There was no chicken inside of these wings. It’s all breading. And it wasnt a few, it was all of them. Between the two of us, we both got a 10 piece and there had to have been 2 to 3 Oz of actual chicken in all 20 wings. They also charged me a dollar for ranch and then when we got home the cup wasnt even half full. I really love their sauces but this reaffirmed why we stopped going.

As far as chains go, these guys are close to sometimes delivering 5 stars. There’s always something missing but nothing huge. Usually it’s beginning for refills (in a place that sells spicy food). Today it was misread instructions for dressing on the side. Just little things never anything huge.

Visited Buffalo Wild Wings recently and had a mixed experience. The drinks were good and probably the highlight of the visit. Unfortunately, the food was terrible—it came out cold, which was very disappointing.
Our server was okay at first, but things changed once we complained about the food. The manager was rude when addressing the issue, although to be fair, she did remake the food. Still, the attitude made the situation uncomfortable and took away from the experience.
Overall, decent drinks, but poor food quality and customer service issues mean I probably won’t be back anytime soon.

Had to wait almost 30 mins for a to go order which was wrong. Supposed to get Nashville hot chicken sandwich ended up w buffalo chicken and it was not cold but for sure not hot.
The potatoe wedges were fabulous though nice and hot!

Check your food. Make sure your wings are always sauced and/or seasoned. Many times I’ve gotten wings from this location and they seem to often forget to add sauce and/or dry rub to wings. Bottom left wings are supposed to be sauced.

Ultimate nachos with chicken, smacked! The ingredients were fresh and the chicken was seasoned well. But.. BDubs boneless wings are mid. I get why people go, because the atmosphere is fun and the games are always on, but why do the wings taste like frozen Tyson wings tossed in special sauces? Tyson has the worst frozen boneless wings there are (IMO) and so coming to Buffalo Wild Wings is never my first choice. I’d go back for the ultimate nachos, but I’ll skip the boneless wings next time.

I am writing to provide feedback on my recent visit to your establishment at 1248 Columbus Avenue.
I wish to begin by commending most of your team. The food was fantastic, my bartender was attentive and friendly, and the general atmosphere created by the staff was very welcoming. Based on these elements alone, it should have been a perfect visit.
Unfortunately, the entire experience was soured by a single, disappointing interaction with an employee named Chris. As the evening wound down, I politely asked him if he could change one of the many televisions to the Yankees game. He assured me it was “no problem,” picked up a tablet, and walked away. He never returned, nor was the channel ever changed.
For the remainder of my time there, I was one of only two or three customers in the restaurant. Chris did not appear to be occupied with customer-facing tasks; rather, I observed him socializing at length with other staff members.
The core appeal of Buffalo Wild Wings is the ability to enjoy a meal while watching a game. To spend over $60 and have such a simple, fundamental request be so casually dismissed is incredibly frustrating. This one employee’s lack of follow-through completely negated the great work of the rest of your team.
I came in hoping to disprove some of the mixed reviews I’d heard about this location. Regrettably, my experience now lends them credence. An experience like this makes me hesitant to return and leads me to question the consistency of service standards across your franchise locations.

Horrible customer service. Now I know why they have a low rating. Their manager Is horrible with his customer service. My son and I placed an online order. I got the traditional honey barbecue wings my son got there new Chicken dogs, it was supposed to have honey mustard. What they don’t tell you is that it’s super spicy. My son has severe stomach issues and a sensitive to spicy food. So I called the employee passed me off to the manager. And I explain that it is like really hot wing sauce on there. And hes like, no, it’s not. It’s a it’s a mustard, and I’m like. What’s supposed to be honey mustard? He’s like if you would have Read the description you would have known that it was spicy. So we will not help you. And I explained that this was my son’s dinner and that he could not eat it, and he did not care. He said if you place the order, that’s not our problem There’s nothing we will do to help you. I told him that I was gonna be writing a bad review and ask for his name.
