Excellent food. Quick to seek out and solve any minor problem that may arise. Impressive. I’ll definitely be back!! I recommend the chicken dinner. Also, the 2 conecuh sausage with fries is excellent!

This location had free coffee refills, great creamer for coffee. I understand profit margins but the loss of customers should be a bigger issue. Little things like that can add up. Jack’s still stands to offer the best customer service, let’s not ruin that by consistently changing the things we love about the experience.

Last night I was given the wrong order, went back after getting home and realizing it. Cashier apologized for the mix up, there was lack of communication between the cashiers, she was unaware the other person had the customer park and wait on their order before me, mentions that manager would compensate because it took me a while and effort to drive back there. Manager says she can’t give a refund and give me the food. So I just got a refund and took my business elsewhere. Not the first time they have gave out wrong orders or have missing items

Whether in a hurry or dining in the food is always fresh and ready. The staff are attentive and friendly. This location is especially well laid out and offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. Great deals and friendly service what more can you ask for.

This location is well below the standards for cleanliness, safe food temps, food storage and exposure to non-employees. Staff is laughable, regardless of whether or not this is a “fast food” restaurant. Proper training of staff and management, proper food handling, storage and preparation standards in play, this location could project high-profits and less turnaround. Proper steps need to be taken soon to revise this location back to the high standards that Jack’s has a history of before more of the public realizes and heads to another location.
