Last weekend my family ordered ahead of time a chicken box with sides from this location. When we went to pick it up after about 25 minutes they had not even started on it. They finally found the ticket and started on it. They finished with it finally and gave us our order. We got to the car and realized they did not give us our drinks. We went back in and got our drinks and headed home. when we got home and opened our meal there was no gravy for the mashed potatoes. We just gave up on them. This is not the first incident at this location. The majority of the employees are rude and act like they just don’t care. I am not saying that working in the fast food industry is such a wonderful occupation, but you are having to deal with the public and should have enough fortitude to put a fake smile on at least.

These employees have the worst attitude. Morning drive thru worker Lynise needs to find a job where she doesnt have to deal with people. She does not great you, and if you say Thank you, she does not respond back. Acted like its an issue for me to get gravy and grits on the side.

This was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. I go through the drive thru and ordered boneless wings and pay. The workers were very unfriendly, and they pulled me forward to wait on my wings. Nearly every person that ordered after me were also told to pull forward to wait on their food, although they weren’t very busy. I wait for about 15 minutes and then someone finally brings my food out to me. I get home, take a bite into the wings, and it was almost completely raw (see attached photo). Not sure why I had to wait so long in line because it obviously wasn’t for the wings to be cooked. I go back and speak to a manager to show them what they served me and to get my money back. She never once apologized for the raw chicken that was given to me, but instead told the cook to start checking the wings all the while seeming very unconcerned. While I was waiting for my refund, another employee asked me if I needed anything and I told hin that I was given raw wings and was getting a refund. He responded with a little snicker and made a face that made it seem like he couldn’t care less. I would recommend not ever going to this restaurant unless major changes are made.

I don’t know about every day at Jack’s, but this morning, the staff was absolutely pathetic. People behind cooking had to call several times for the girl sitting in the office doing nothing to come and take the orders. I personally had gone through the drive-thru and ordered two sausage biscuits. Got home and realized there was only one biscuit in the bag. Drove back over there, and that’s when I encountered them having to beg this girl to come run the register. I told her the problem she looked in my bag, turned around, grabbed another biscuit and put it in the bag, and never said one single word. I got home and ate the one she just put in the bag because it was the hottest by now. The other sausage biscuit, which was for someone else that I had to deliver it to, was not even a sausage biscuit. It was a smoked sausage egg and cheese biscuit, which is way off from what I ordered. There wasn’t one single person working in that store this morning that gave a crap about getting an order taken care of or even just being there. It felt like we the customers were inconveniencing the employees. Pathetic

I had been gifted a gift card that didn’t work when I went it to eat. The cashier was super helpful in trying to figure out how to fix the issue. When that didn’t work he actually offered to cover my meal, just being kind to me. It was very sweet and an overall good experience at a restaurant.

Jack’s is one of my go-to spots for lunch, and I am rarely disappointed. This experience was just that… disappointing. I like to try the new menu items, so when I saw the bacon ranch fries, I thought, why not? They were not a good value for the price, the fries were hard, and the toppings were lacking. I didn’t finish my lunch. Wasn’t as expected….

Second time they Made us pull down only to bring us like warm fries, after asking for crispy fries… Attitude of drive thru cashier charged us for a LARGE SODA with it asking…I assumed drinks came with the combo… Employees standing outside when we pulled up with headsets on . Went in building DIDN’T WASH THEIR HANDS BEFORE RETURNING BEHIND COUNTER … MY mother asked for crispy fries when she brought order, worker staTed THEY ARE HOT, my mother said they are warm I would like crispy fries worker turned and walked off.. Mom asked if she wanted old fries back she told my mom NO YOU EAT THEM… We asked about pies they told us they out.. Didn’t offer us a wait… No they option.. evening Staff is horrible..add insult to injury the best isn’t toasted on Patty melt???

I ordered two biscuits combos and two pies. Told had to wait 6 mins and actually took longer. Normally a low rating but the manager was very kind and apologized while promptly delivering my missing part of order. Her sincerity is greatly appreciated
