Huge thanks to the team at Jack’s tonight and huge apologies as well for showing up four minutes before close. I didn’t get a chance to apologize, but the manager was a complete gentleman, offering to make anything on the menu fresh that we wanted and everyone on the team was super polite And the food was great.

My family eats here every Saturday. We love this location usually. Today 11/22/25 the biscuits and gravy was cold and had no sausage. Their fried pies tasted like last week. Maybe training new employees?
‼️Update: I wanted to update my review after a recent visit. I’m happy to say the issues we previously experienced were addressed, and everything was much better this time around. The biscuits and gravy and the fried pies were just what we had hoped for, and the overall experience felt back to the standard we’ve come to expect.
We truly love this location and appreciate that our feedback was taken seriously. It means a lot to see a place care about quality and customer experience. We’ll definitely continue coming back.

The Jack’s restaurant in Blountsville, Alabama, is possibly the cleanest and best Jack’s I’ve ever been in. The bathroom is always clean and smells good. Definitely a great place to stop for food.

I’ve been going to this Jacks about 1 or 2 times a month for 2 years now. I go between 1030am and 11am. Always professional and courteous. Food is always correct. Love that seasoning that’s on the fries. And they know how to make Big and Bold 1/3lb bacon and bbq. The sandwich is wrapped correct and not sloppy like other places. These employees are a cut above the rest!!!

We go out of way by like 15 minutes just to get breakfast at this location. The biscuits are amazing. The sweet tea is always good. I usually will get a breakfast special and everything is always cooked perfectly. The staff is always friendly.

Got through the line very quickly. Sausage was fresh and juicy and biscuit was dense yet fluffy and did not crumble as I ate it, which is great for when you have to eat in your car. I should have ordered two. If only there was a way to serve gravy biscuits so you could eat them while driving.

I don’t know why they can’t fix your order the way you order it. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese breakfast wrap with crispy bacon and a large vanilla ice coffee light ice. And what do you get the opposite of what you ordered. The bacon wasn’t cooked crispy and the ice coffee was 90 percent ice. When I finally got to the drive-thru window they asked what I ordered so I told them again and the manager/ person called it out to them and I told her crispy bacon and she didn’t tell them in the kitchen area how to fix it and she made the ice coffee also so maybe the problem is with management not telling the cooks how you placed your order s.
