My son got food poisoning from this establishment!! We have continued coming despite the rude drive thru employees because it’s convenient, but this location has now lost any further business from me or my family. Food safety is no joke.

Where do I even begin? This jacks is one southern goodness!! I was originally going to get mac and cheese but it looks like they don’t sell it anymore, maybe it could be that location but maybe i’m wrong, i was expecting it too, bit disappointed.
TIP: use the mobile app for good deals and save money!!
Service: not many people inside this day, pretty rainy outside, gloomy as usual and the lady at the register was very sweet and nice, pretty ordinary service
Atmosphere: Not sure what I’d expect here, chairs looked like they have been moved around a lot, I think I saw a cup lying there on the table, the chairs are comfortable and they have high tables along with some low ones as well if you have height preferences, average at best!
Food: now this is where it shines, the chocolate chip cookie was the real MVP here, chunky, crunchy, and it melts in your mouth. big jack with some fries, good seasoning and selection of ingredients on the burger, it was all around 8 and a half dollars too! cheap but good quality!

This place had six people on the clock the day I visited. There was two of us at lunch time we were the only people in the restaurant.
The whole store needs to be retrained. The floor had a grease film that made walking in the lobby extremely difficult.
I ordered a two piece chicken dinner,asked for two thighs.
I was given a leg and a wing that was extremely dry.
A 20.00 bill seemed to confuse my cashier. He asked the lady with pink hair in the office twice to come to the counter,and open the register for change. She was in no hurry to help him.

Not even 9pm, on a Friday night.. drive-thru lights are OFF, and about 3 cars in the parking lot. Order my food, they’re about of Tea. So I went with Sprite. Wait about 10mins to get a #1 , a#4 and a 3pc chicken snack. The fries were dark, grease-logged, short bottom of the barrel fries. The burgers are barely Luke warm and the Sprite is nothing but soda carbonation. What a Waste!?!!!! SMH

Theses employees need to be fired as they look at you like you are in their way. A cleaning crew need to come in with a pressure washer to clean this filthy looking place. I felt depressed standing there while the lady was taking my order and coughing everywhere.

They were given the three strikes policy. Every time the chicken size was not worth the price. The employees were rude…reminded me of being in Memphis, TN. Fries were always soggy and cold in grease indicating they were old.

My wife and I had a late lunch at Jacks. We enjoyed our two milkshakes for $6.00 and burgers & fries.

Ordered a double cheese burger that had been microwaved so much that the grease had turned the wrapper clear. The bread was so stale and old that i could not bite through it. The meal was ordered right at lunch time. I had to pull past the window and wait forever for a meal that I wouldn’t feed to a dog. DO BETTER!
