They do not give the correct food. They don’t give syrup when you order pancakes or jelly for biscuits. Sometimes the food is cold. I left a review on Friday Danna text to apologize about the experience and stated she would love to make it right to see if they could earn my business back. Nothing was offered and on Saturday I received a text from the GM asking me to leave a positive review. So the service is bad and they still want you to leave a good review.

My Fiance got two large chocolate milkshakes in the drive-thru to bring home. They were horrible! Not thick at all!! Very thin like they was out of ice cream! He had to pull over and wait for this slop! We’re totally disappointed!!! If they was low on ice cream why couldn’t they say something??

I’m in town from work, originally from Atlanta. This was my first time visiting this establishment so I was excited to try the food here. First thing, the gentleman that took my order was not in the best spirit. Seemed liked he didn’t want to be there. Secondly, I waited 20 mins for my order. I kept waiting on fries but the worker that was on fries did everything else but have them ready. I’m usually patient but I watched how the team took their time and as a former manager of a restaurant the lack of urgency irked my nerves. Then when I got to the car and tasted the fries they had a pound of salt on them. I didn’t have time to go back and return them so I just tossed them but as you see in the picture the fried are orange from all that damn seasoning they put on them.
I don’t blame the employees I blame manager because she was doing everything but managing her operation.
Probably won’t return here again.

I had to wait a little while to get my mobile app order at the drive thru. I realized that there were only 3 employees working the entire store for dinner rush. Even still the service and kindness was perfect and my order was completely correct. Bless their hearts, you should be so proud of these 3 employees and they should receive some type of recognition for hanging in there. From what I could tell it didn’t appear they were going to get any help. This should never happen really. Please extend my great satisfaction to these three.

An absolutely pathetic excuse for staff. I frequently have to wait 15+ minutes for a simple coffee and breakfast wrap with no other customers in sight. The food is cold, and usually not even what I ordered. There have been several cases where I could ALMOST excuse the slow service because only one guy was trying his best to do the work of 5 people with a busy line. I say almost because once I pulled up to the drive thru window, I could see 4 other employees hiding in a corner, joking around. Do yourself a favor and don’t bother coming here.

Once again,Jacks in Adamsville Alabama ranks as the worst Jacks Restaurant in Jefferson County.
I ordered the Bologna breakfast sandwich and wanted Tomato, lettuce &onion added to it….the breakfast sandwich comes with 2 slices of Bologna, egg & cheese..and all they had to do was add the tomato, lettuce and onion to it right?
Wrong!!! What i got was a BLT..a Bologna lettuce tomato and onion sandwich…no egg or no cheese….they got it wrong
My buddy asked for 2 egg biscuits and wanted scrambled egg instead of folded egg…he reminded the girl behind the counter 3 times that he wanted scrambled not folded egg…and what does he get…yup! You guessed it…he got folded egg…they just did what they wanted and didn’t listen to the customer request.
I thought things would be better with new management..apparently i was wrong..so if we go to Jacks in the future..it will be 15 minutes down the road in Dora Alabama

Update, I have to give it 4 stars, I believe corporate has made some great changes and the food over the past week or so has been so much better.
It’s not one of the best Jacks that I use. 5/10 times the order isn’t correct. The corporation has been called several times and it’s amazing they never seems to make a change for better service. This location I feel like only stays open because it’s the only place around, and you start noticing, most Jacks are in locations like this. I sure wish it would get better.

The food i had was fantantics i had the best chicken fingers and fries ive ever had at a jacks location. The fries had enough seasoning and the workers specifically joan were amazing and kind and the place was very clean

Food was ok but the rude woman running the drive thru makes me want to never want to visit Jack’s again, bad attitude. I tried to add one item when I pulled up to the window after giving her my card and you would have thought I asked her to dig me a ditch. She wouldn’t add item and said rudely I’ve already run your card. Can a card not be run again ?
